As per BHVR's EULA (https://deadbydaylight.com/en/eula) "RESTRICTIONS OF AGE MAY BE IMPOSED TO ACCESS ONLINE SERVICES AND FEATURES IN COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL LAWS". Essentially meaning that it is entirely possible your friend could have their access restricted.
However, that would need someone to report them for it, and to have ample proof to do so- after all, the principle of "Innocent until proven guilty" applies to most legal situations in Canada.
yeah he isn’t allowed to buy it at some stores. But parents are allowed to let their kids play what ever they want.
