Not really, bloodlust is meant to help in loops, this perk deactivates when near survivors, it's purely meant to catch up enough to start the actual chase, not to help during it (like bloodlust)

What does it mean? I haven't tried him yet. The post is not referring to any killer in particular, the perk is to help killers with out any movement ability like executioner, pig, nemesis, trapper... Who spend half of the game holding W against competent survivors. So no, it's not because of vecna, since both the first and the lich have a ability to catch up to survivors

are you even listening to me? I'm not saying I would do that and even if I wanted to do that it doesn't matter. I'm saying that since doing this is indeed scummy and pathetic having this as one of the 2 only things you can do to hunt it is miserable and mad designed, I have no idea how did you do to come out with this answer to my argumentation

Yeah I recently got that one too like an hour later, the achievements are not an issue, you get em when you get em.
now it's not that hard to get, since it's vecna's day launch many people will be playing it, the problem with it is that to have a chance to do it you have to face vecna, one has 0 control on which killer they face and in some weeks/months and even years it will be harder and harder just facing vecna

pov: it's 2026 and only achievement you miss it's this one. nobody plays lich and you can't do anything to hunt it other than stream snipe lich players or trade win with friends.
This is not a (I'm not able to do something other people managed to do) this is just bullshit design, you can literally do nothing to hunt this achievement other than the 2 scummy things I listed above, would you call this good design? -
honestly I think they should just give chucky more control after chained slice and dice vaults/scamper, right now it feels useless since any decent surv knows you just have to go on the side of the pallet and chucky can't do anyrhing, a 110% killer should have a good chase power, this feels lacklaster even for a 115%
