From my point of view, nemesis is almost killing deathslinger as he can attack with his tentacles and counter Iron Will, not saying about he countering pallets at the Tier 2

The Tinkerer on Spirit combos nicely actually, it will make your terror radius 0 meters, so if you are able to use your ability to get there, they won't hear the woosh as you are still outside of the terror radius, and ruin might combo nicely on her as well cuz if they find out you have ruin they will wait someone to be injured to start cleansing it, and it also guarantees no 2 gens in 1 minute of match.
