To be fair,there were a TON of other things (e.g insane amount of pallets,god windows,other really broken perks,pallet vacuum etc.) that overshadowed Dead Hard.

dead hard should only dodge, not have invincibility frames

Not disagreeing just curious.
It is almost impossible to dodge deathslingers shot, dead hard is the only perk that helps in a chase.
