Yes, they changed the hair. This is the fortune recolour but without the hair... grrr

I still need that red hair for her.

yeah same the hair is just really ugly... except im gonna be running P3 Meg hair. (i hope they make the hair look less poofy and big and change it to blond but same size as megs normal hair.)

  • Im level 54 and the only reason i grinding rift challenges so hard is for MEGS COSTUME i am a Meg main (dont judge) and i love the dress with the top but the hair is kinda ugly...

Dont get me wrong Im not speaking survivor side. Im speaking as a killer in this discussion.

I had so many games when the survivors forced me to camp or tunnel.

For example I hook a survivor. I dont have the time to kick the generator or the pallet near the hook and leaving it, that all the team is already here for the save and they call me camper in endgame chat.

Same example, I let them hook in front of me. The survivor freshly unhooked try to take a hit with BT. So I wait 12 second and down him. I try to pick up so I get a DS and I can leave him, he dont have DS............ they call me tunneler at the end.

Still same example, I decide to leave the hook so they dont call me camper again. They are all in same area doing the generator near the hook. I kick it, down the survivor doing the gen and go back to the hook. They are still there healing themself...... so they call me camper.....

What should I do ? Pretend to not see them ? Pretend to be a baby killer ?

The problem of this game for me its designed around camping and tunneling. Yes I know in this case its survivor fault but yes I camped and tunneled because I had no other choice.

When I tell the survivors they said : your choice is playing better.

    I really dont get it....

Yes I dont care about endgame chat and what people think but Im sick of being forced to camp or tunnel because the game is designed in a way sometimes, when survivors playing bad I had no other choice.

And no I dont have fun as killer because the game told me to play that way.

The survivors are probably not mad directly at you, but at all the killers who camp and tunnel them. I swear when I play survivor it happens every match or every other match and it gets to the point to where they are frustrated and text in chat. I also do play killer and understand your point i camp when things dont go my way (i do not tunnel however i go after the next person for strategic reasons.) But as i was saying survivors are just getting frustrated that camping and tunneling has become often every match or so.

I still think that Iridescent shards should be rewarded in the rift like auric cells. So many useless charms that no one ever will use in there. But I understand that BHVR gotta make money somehow.

Yeah BHVR gets most of their money from skins and people buying chapters

  • @Steel_Eyed said:

I just buy the chapters with $. Shards are just to get cosmetics. Bought three outfits from the Spring Collection.

The only chapters i have bought so far are the Liscensed characters with 1 killer and 1 survivor when they were 50% off

Even though some people have brought up that they have plenty of extra iridescent shards after buying all original killers and survivors, I still think they could give some in the rift as rewards. The free rift is pretty barren for casual players, so having periodic 50 iri shards awards would just be a nice little treat. I agree that they should take time to get because they're basically free money, but I also think having a small reward in the rift wouldn't hurt the overall economy. It basically just rewards people who play the game, and with the content only growing, it would be more encouraging to newer players who just see a bunch of locked characters that seem "unattainable" with their current gain rate.

Maybe that's why i thought that... all the locked characters look like they would take ages to get and probably look threatening to a new player like me but i am slowly getting characters :)

If the killer is in X radio of a hooked survivor (5 meters?) and another survivor is in Y radio (10 meters?)not working on a gen the timer stops and gens are blocked. This way all survs would know when a killer is facecamping and can do gens when the surv near the hooked surv decides to do gens also.

Honestly why would you block the gens... that would really throw the game lol. I have an idea though how about you die on hook slower than you normally would that way a killer face camping could get even more punished for doing so and give the hooked person a larger chance of being saved and if you dont 3 people would most likely escape and the killer would only get 1 kill. Just an idea tbh im still new at the game so anyone can let me know if this is a good or bad idea :/

They're time consuming (not 'hard') to get, because:

    A) You earn them by literally just playing the game as you normally would, with no effort required on your part in going out of your way to earn them.

    B) They're a substitute for premium currency that is only obtained with *real money*. Wouldn't be much incentive to purchase Auric Cells if Iridescent Shards were both free and easy to obtain.

I suppose you are right on this, i'm still a relatively new player to dbd so maybe that's the reason they were "hard to get" or as you corrected me they are actually time consuming, HOWEVER the problem with shards being so time consuming to get them casual players who play 1-3 hours a day only level up like 1 or 2 times a day (depending on how long their matches even last) and it would take like weeks to build up enough shards for just 1 killer or survivor that has 3 unique perks and a power if you but a killer. I guess BHVR cant make everything easy to get or no one would buy AC or DLCs but at least most things in dbd are still free if you grind on a daily basis.
