I don't think it's toxic at all, because they can just work through ruin. Maybe they want the points for cleansing the totem? It's not toxic, they don't have to break it 😂

Plague Balance Changes: Fountains no longer heal survivors and instead remove infection and broken status.
If she has corrupt purge while you finish cleansing, what if she pukes on you mid cleanse or right after you cleanse? That would be really mean.
It could be good for her though, she can really fall behind in loops and sometimes the Plague just vomits over them.

I think it might just be your platform? I play on PS4 and it takes like 2 minutes usually to finnd a game, usually less

Sure it can feel unfair but remember, stealth would ultimately save you. Since the perk does not show survivor auras.
Do me a favor, play killer using this perk. If you succeed with it then you did a good job. You fail with it, well you tried.

If you're the rancor obsession as soon as that last gen pops you Hide and try to get out the exit gates asap.

You lost the chase. Taking hits and being hooked is losing the chase. Winning the chase means actually escaping the killer.

As for Rancor, yeah it's nasty but it was brought in because survivors had been running their own broken, BS perk for years.

Should I just like keep distance and then hide? I was mostly winning the Chase's, except taking a few hits. I was hooked at the very end, unhooked, downed, then moried.

Also, the plague is fairly easy to dodge, run to loops that have high walls and vault windows, it’s been working out for me quite well.
