where am I saying this? What I'm saying that if killers didn't tunnel, camp, or slug then perks such as DS, BT, and UB wouldn't be needed. If I was saying that then there wouldn't be a game. Unless that's how you play, then you're the kind of killer no one likes.
If survivors didn't use flashlights, throw pallets, vault windows or use keys lightborn, endurance, Franklin demise, spirit fury or bamboozle wouldn't be needed.
You can't just rage because people play in a way that makes it easier to win. You are not entitled to win or survive and your counterpart shouldn't do the same.
No killer likes DS, UB, BT or sprint as much as you don't like NOED. The only difference is that NOED is a perk that only works if enemy does not know how to counter it and unless survivors are braindead it will only get 1 kill.

- Survivors wouldn't need DS if killers didn't tunnel
- survivors wouldn't need BT if killers didnt camp
- survivors also wouldn't need unbreakable if killers didn't slug. they're counter perks for a reason to be able to continuing playing the game..
and ofc not all killers do this, but obviously it was enough killers that caused these perks to be added into the game
So your point is that if Killers didn't play at all survivors wouldn't need perks?

but how does that make sense? "stop acting like noed gives free kills, it only shortens the chase by one hit" that's like saying "stop acting like tunneling isn't a method, it only shortens your game playing." Does that make sense? No! of course not! because that's exactly what both do! Noed is more of a perk for baby killers so it can help them learn the game IMO, I find it a bit embarrassing seeing red rank killers using it, it's almost like they can't play without it and can't get a kill unless they run such a ridiculous perk. And it does kind of put two and two together, that LOWER rank killers are only getting kills because of NOED, easy down against survivors who are still learning the game and to learn how to counter perks like NOED.

Looks like you had a good match 3k and on the Survivor side only one got less than 10k. Nice!
Yes, ranks aside the only escape was by hatch.
But to be fair I was playing Leatherface.
Next game I played with Legion was not as good on my side, but I would still say that it is not that different from having a bad game with rank matchmaking and I got 2 kills (gotta admit I pseudo tunneled 1 of the survivors).

I'm just saying generally if a killer is rank 20-13 running Noed they don't usually do well enough in a chase to level up which is why the MMR is looking at them getting Kills but not how they're getting Kills. Plus lower rank survivors don't always cleanse every totem and can have a hard time trying to play against Noed.
I doubt MMR is just looking at kills.
MMR (or at least how it should work) should look into how many chases you lost, how many hooks/kills you got, give a little extra for each gen not finished...
The same goes for survivors.
Should survivors get punished if they die, but repaired 2 gens, unhooked allies and took protection shots, but at the end got killed?

You obviously don't understand how big of a difference it is going down in one hit, than 2, how much more time of the killer you can waste as well for your team to get the gates done and without the added haste effect of Noed it's a lot easier to win chases in the endgame against the killer.
NOED is a backup perk, so to speak.
If you are doing horrible in a game it helps at least get something during the end game.
If you are doing alright and already got some kills sure, it can suck to go down on 1 hit just at the end.
Thing is, most competent players just clenease totems and noed will just never activate.
You use a perk slot to try to ensure a hook/kill on the end game, but you sacrifice a perk that could have prevented you to even reach end game.

Man, seems like I am gonna get a rank 1 every game.
And if I am not mistaken the MMR is also based on specific killers right?
That is good since I tent to play multiple killers, and I remember trying a killer for the first time and getting survivors way above your skill with that killer. That said, I think it should be a general killer MMR that gets adjusted depending on the killer, since it is not the same a rank 20 playing for a first time than a rank 1 trying some new killer.

SWF should be the average of their combined MMR scores, we're also monitoring the performance of SWF groups relative to the predictions made by the system and we will adjust as needed to keep the matches as fair as possible.
I think SWF should not be only the average, but then some extra since it is not the same a group of randos with that average score than a SWF with that score. I think most competitive games do this? bump up the average MMR depending on the party size.

Well this is either the matchmaking or some swf shenanigans

Moris are also a one time use. Keys can be used multiple times. Both used to end the game quicker. Moris won’t do that anymore.
I agree with that one. If keys used to open the hatch turned into broken keys at least they would equal that problem that Moris have
-
Well, not 2 hooks, just being on second state.
So you can mori if the next hook would kill

honestly FNaF in DBD would be just a bad idea. Springtrap or any of the animatronics don't really fit in anywhere seeing as the killers have all been for the most part "human" in some way or possessing powers the entity wanted for his killers of a supernatural manner.
The animatronics....are a bunch of dead children souls stuffed into the chuck e cheese reject bin that provide jumpscares and a game over screen. That puts it on BHVR to make up a killer power for any of the animatronics they put in the game fully custom with lore that even the creator of FNaF doublebacks on with every other game they released. It's not really going to satisfy anyone even if we do get that in game. fans of FNaF get a killer that only looks like the thing they wanted, and people who don't even care about FNaF get an expansion they never wanted because of one group of fans demanding it so much.
all in all, everyone just kinda winds up disappointed.
You realize Springtrap is a corpse stuck inside an springlock suit right?
On another note I really feel like it would be better Idea if FnaF DLC was about the upcoming Security breach game, with Vanny/Vanessa as killer and survivor. I think it would fit better than Springtrap, as much as an iconic character he is.
