  • I like doing kobe builds. Adren, Exhaustion Perk, Slippery Meat, Up the Ante, Salty Lips.

  • DS doesn't work with Deliverance anyway. Doesn't matter.

  • Do all the pretentious killer mains who keep saying "just don't get caught 4Head" not understand that pipping for survivor is also based on chase? If you can't do 4 gens by yourself then being stealthy all game isn't going to get you a pip.

Maybe y'all would know that if you played survivor for once.

  • As a killer, yes! Put Adelaide in as her survivor.

You answered your own question in your post.

"what else should survivors do if not gens?"

That's the problem. Survivors that do the objective efficiently will be done in about 4~5 minutes, depending on Ruin spawn and tool boxes. It's possible for survivors to even pop two generators before the killer even gets to the other side of the map to contest the generators at game start (rare, but possible).

Contrary to popular belief, most killers do not blame survivors for gen rushing, but it regardless sucks and is an issue with the game.

Now the problem is that tunneling is effectively the same thing for survivors as gen rushing is to killers, but survivors have tools to stop the killer from tunneling or to punish a killer that's actively doing so. Killers do not have such additional tools to punish gen rushing aside from NOED. Only tools to let them know that the gen rush is happening and a vast majority of killers are ill-equipped with a kit to deal with that kind of pressure.

NOED itself does not stop the gen rush itself; only punishes it, and it can be disabled even once activated. The only counter for DS for example is to either simply not tunnel in the first place, or eat the DS (or bring a mori, I guess).

    That statement is completely false.

Haunted Grounds and Make Your Choice will scare people off of gens due to the exposed effect.

Ruin, Pop, Corrupt, Thrilling, Discordance, Lullaby, Overcharge, Unnerving, and a Sloppy/Nurse's and Thanataphobia combo all provide gen slowing ability. Obviously they're not all the same (and some are better than others) but to say that there's nothing you can do is silly.

I do, however, agree that chases last too long due to some still-present infinites, weird pallet spawns and etc.

That's the point, it's always a guessing game, you can't win or lose the "mind game" because there's no outplay, just wrong guess.

Uh... no. You can stand still the first time, quick and quiet into locker next, walk after that, etc. It's somewhat guessing, somewhat strategy.

My idea of a fix for this is just let it become a hatch game. If the survivor finds it first, they can leave. If the killer finds it first and closes it, then the survivor just gets endgame sacrificed the second it's shut.

I think it'd be fun if you could mori the last survivor after hatch is closed. Kind of kills the specialness of a mori offering tho.

  • It's killers who are mad at survivors for doing gens 🤣

Just kidding. It comes from the fact that gens are the only objective for survivors and that means that, especially if the first survivor caught is good at looping, that by the time the killer gets his first hook between 1-3 gens are done. This is why a lot of people are urging the devs to add another objective for survivors that's mandatory (since chests and totems usually go untouched).

As someone who plays both, I definitely agree. It feels like once ruin is broken, the game is lost.

Way to act overly dramatic despite the fact most decent killers 4k "nearly" every game. Even current statistics say the survival rate is "below 50%" across all ranks and platforms.

If you struggle you're bad/inexperienced. It's that simple. Also literally most people on this forum (including me) are killer mains. That doesn't mean I'll always agree with what killers want/say since I may play mostly killer but have a better understanding of the whole game than some 100 hours killer main because I've played both sides up to rank 1 a million times in the past 2 years/3000 game hours.

Right now getting a 4k is a complete joke. I can 4k as Leatherface in less than 1 minute if survivors screw up which happens pretty often as you can see on my YT channel. The only challenge is an organized 4 man SWF team which rarely ever joins my lobby.

You're most likely one of those guys who complain about 1 single 4 man escape even if you managed to 4k the other 10 games before.

Dude... I get what you're saying but do you EVER stop talking about how big your dick is? You're all over this website blabbing about your 4ks. Gets really old really quick.

  • Surprise, surprise. Another bug that hasn't been fixed for God knows how long.
