I haven't noticed much of it. i've seen less tunneling and camping tbh since the change. It will depend on region to region but i've noticed more sweaty builds and addons since the change.

he isn't bad, normal MS, can end chases within a reasonable time due to his bottles, yes it takes time to aim the bottles but that comes with practice.. missing alot is gonna hurt you. he is best anti looper dude.. plus it depends on the addons the clown uses.

the perk is only useless if the survivors are smart. most people now don't heal against a legion since there is no point really you can get half a gen done within the time you get fully healed. its a hit and miss with that perk. low ranks likely to fall for it and waste time healing.

its not a nerf lol might wanna look at the numbers before saying that. its a buff if this was to go through you get 1% extra movement speed with 2 tokens. At max tokens which Liquid has said so... (6 tokens) that would make it 18% movement speed compared to live server which is 15% max movement speed at the moment. it would be a nice buff 2 it.

in my opinion he is balanced. yeah he can be annoying sometimes. but remember he is just like any other m1 killer.. plus he has no lethal.

some say he is and isn't.. but to me this depends on the legion and the experience they have and their play-style and how they play it out. do they moonwalk? respect pallets? if they are moon-walking with or without franks mix-tape you can say goodbye to that match to you. he is considered OP in terms of that. because whats the survivor suppose to do? u have no protection against it there gotta be more counterplay to the kit. they can choose to tunnel someone down into the ground. that's how much power they have in a way.
