  • Camping is a legit strategy. Tunnelling is a matter of opinion, if i'm a survivor and I get tunnelled; i'm not angry at the killer, just the survivor for unhooking me at a bad time.

But if i'm a killer, i'll tunnel if I see them. Gens are completed to quickly to be picky about who I chase, and I don't much appreciate playing nicely just to get teabagged at the end.

  • All the Killers deserve a new mori. Trappers is terribly boring. I kinda like Wraiths, but can understand why Hillbilly's is so disliked - it is very lame.

  • We KNOW that Jake and Claudette get along.

It's an interesting question, I would say that the vanilla survivors are all getting along. We saw Dwight try to save Claudette, but he didn't show much care in the trailer for Jake's death, I guess you wouldn't if you knew he was going to come back to life anyway.

  • Not ashamed to admit it. But being a killer main, i've now become toxic regardless of how survivors played. Just because of all the toxicity (Great SOAD song btw) survivors have given me despite me being nice to them, I now show no mercy. I take pleasure in making them even more salty than they already are for dying. I don't really rub it in, just offer them some bait in the chat.

Also if they blame their team; i'll always shout out that they were the worst.

Someone already stated that killers never gather in one spot. However it was indicated that killers occasionally bump into each other. I think this would play out as:
    Michael bumps into Hillbilly.
    Hillbilly bumps into Michael.
They stare at each other for a second.
The entity whispers for both to move on.
The two killers walk past each other.

I believe every killer does something different. Michael continues hunting for Laurie, Hillbilly relentlessly hunts something to kill, animal or person. The Clown checks the fingers on his chain.

Neither one, in fact no killer to our knowledge, understands the Entity.

If you play the PTB Killer tutorial, the Entity talks to you, the Killer.
If you read the ebony memento mori it says; "I could swear it spoke to the beast. It came to a halt, as if calmly listening to the leaves rustling, and then...grinned."
The Ivory Memento Mori also quotes a killer by saying; "Grant me the favor of killing one." - This heavily implies that a Killer (Perhaps not a playable one) understands and speaks to the Entity.
The Cypress Memento Mori reads as: "You did well. The last one is yours." - We can make an educated assumption that the Entity is talking to the killer, the same way it says "Wiggle little worm, wiggle." in the tutorial, so the killer can without a doubt understand the Entity.
With the information I provided, i'd stake my life that the Killer understands the Entity is in control, and that it speaks to the Killer.

  • My answer would be that the Entity would dominate the Killer's mind one way or another. It would tell Leatherface that if he doesn't kill survivors; people will find out about him and his family, and that his family will be furious with him which would drive him to continue.
With other killers, the Entity may just torture them until they lose their mind or submit and continue killing.

  • Beautifully compiled, you deserve a reward! In regards to the comment about the mainscreen, perhaps it is that simple. The entity simply summons whatever killer it desires, it can essentially 'scroll' through them. If I explained it more detail it wouldn't sound so silly lmao.

  • Also, we know killers are aware of offerings that they have to throw into the fire, such as the wreaths.

  • Sounds like another unwritten rule by Survivors. I have no respect if you managed to pull yourself off the hook, however I HAVE respect for the survivor who pulls himself off the hook and lives to tell the tale.

  • Pretty much all survivors have "developed" their survivor to P3 already and wouldnt care about BP, just spend your BP after every game and you lose nothing by DCing

You make a good point, so perhaps taking away iridescent shards (Which in the long run are more valuable than BP) would be more effective.

also, what precisely is happening before the survivor rage quits?  that's an interesting question, eh?  just a normal every day camp/tunnel session?  sorry, i will often move on myself and not look back.  unless my fellow randoms are doing gens, which 80% of the time, they aren't.  they are oddly content to bury their face in a cubbyhole.  nah  i'm good.  getting progressively angrier via trolling isn't my idea of a good time.

Yeah, no lmao. Sorry but the devs confirmed camping is a viable strategy, the same way SWFs will stack around a hook to stop the killer. In regards to tunnelling, that's the survivor's fault for unhooking you with the killer nearby. Someone made a good example, if a survivor discovers a generator at 0%, and a generator at 90%, which generator does the survivor go for?

  • As a killer main;
I hate Preschool, nearly impossible to get a team wipe.
I love the game, because it's great at hiding hex totems.

Basically yes, but then what happens when they are at 0 BP, negative BP?
Also holding the game hostage would hurt even more, making it more attractive for the toxic idiots out there

If they're at 0BP then they stay there, since they won't be able to develop neither killer or survivor until they start playing properly.

I've always been curious as to what 'holding the game hostage' means, could you clarify for me?

  • Love would give the survivors hope, the Entity feeds off hope (Or the taking of). The Entity would probably enjoy separating the two, or having one watch the other die.

  • I believe this is where the killer resides, this is where they burn their offerings as the Entity feeds them survivors. We know the Entity has these maps in 'bubbles', which means there could be multiple versions of the killer on different maps. Michael on Coldwind and another Michael at Bedham. Perhaps this is also where the Entity talks to them.

  • In both trailers, we see the killer win hands down. The killer is supposed to be OP, he's empowered by the Entity and he's often physically stronger and has a weapon. There is only one killer against four survivors, 1v1 the killer should win 10/10.

Against four however, that sadly loses its touch. Two minutes into a game, at least one generator is done, often two are completed, sometimes three. I can only chase one survivor, which means that the other three survivors (Who are 99% of the time on mic as SWF) can be working on a generator(s). I can do nothing to stop them. Ruin? Destroyed almost immediately every game.

Against new players? It's too easy. Against higher ranks? It's more stress than playfully challenging.
