iron will would be balanced if it did what is supposed to, no pain groans, issue here is it also turns the survivors into breathless bricks, they dont make breathing sounds when they walk or run, wich is something the iron will perk description doenst say.

Dwight as killers would be "The Despot"
killer power: Relm Shaper. Allows The despot can turn lockers into Mimic lockers or allows you to place a mimic locker in preset locations, interacting with a mimic locker allows The Despot to teleport to a different locker in the map. Survivor who enter Mimic lockers will be put into de wounded state and cant exit the locker for 15 seconds.
Perks
Bound: Marks a survivor as the obsession, every time the obsession get withing 15 meters of another survivor both of their auras are revealed for 10 seconds, this can only activate once every 45 seconds.
Burdens of leadership: Marks a survivor as the obsession, every time a non obsession survivor is hooked, the burdens of leadership gains a token, each token applies an actions speed penalty of 6% per token, stacks up to 5 times, at 5 stacks the obession becomes exposed, the survivor affected with burdens can remove a token by perfoming one of the following: Repairing a generator, Healing a Health state, taking a protection hit, performing a safe unhook.
Crunch time: Marks a survivor as the obsession, when the obsession is repairing a generetor with other survivors increases the chance for all working survivors to get a skill check, failing a skill check on the generator will cause the entity to block it for 6 seconds.

While a character's sexual orientation has no impact on gameplay i guess we can all agree that lore is designed with a very specific purpose, to flesh out and convey a sense of identity to it, sure, Felix having a pregnant wife does nothing gameplay wise but the devs still made it part of who he is, same as his ocupation and heritage, all so you can feel for the character and what he left behind after beign taken by the entity, all so you can think to yourself '' dang, what a shame this happened to him''. So if any normal person can care for a fictional character's struggles and burdens, why are LGBT struggles not as valid? why do they need to be justified ?
We have seen survivors portray their struggles through the archives, be it for a sense of identity, selfworth, purpose, battling with social spectations, all of this can easily fit an LGBT character.
