I can see a few problems with this. The first is noed. It would be real weird for the killer to move it around. The 2nd is how powerful it could be if the killer devices to stack objectives. So they could move their hexes to make face camping better or move hexes near basement. They could even use it for a stronger 3 gen.

I just thought of another. Combining ruin and pop.

True, but like I said you don't really need if for all the HEX perks TBH so noed is definitely a janky one. Another thing it promotes survivors to doing their "second objective" which slows the game down a bit. This can be good because when survivors aren't pressured it's either do gens ASAP or maybe get screwed from totems later. See survivors have the choice to do bones or not, and this adds more of a reason since it can REALLY screw them over. The camping though does sound very aids especially since a killer can move everything closer to their camp spot. But this gives more of a reason to not risk trying to save them and to play smarter. This change can change the meta a lot and makes survivors really get punished for their mistakes.

And the ruin pop doesn't really work as is anyway. You can't pop a gen that's regressing and killers can already run them both.

I have over 5k hours in this game and am rank 1 in both surv and kill but survivor is clearly drastically easier, which I'm completely fine with tbh but is there anyone that actually finds surv difficult?

Ez list real quick of difficulty in DBD 1 being ez and 3 being hard

    1. SWF
    2. Killer
    3. SoloQ

I like the ideas but that'll never happen. That one perk is the most relied upon perk in the survivor's arsenal. Even these devs know if they give it the ruin treatment, a ton of their customers will stop playing the game.

I have another idea. Lets tie all 4 DS's to an object that is placed in a blatantly obvious area on the map. Should the kill smash it, everyone loses that perk for the entire match :P

    sounds cool ngl xD

Sadly I doubt bhvr will revert him back, worst part is that we know how nurse mains felt but at least we do not have as many bugs as they do.

Yea you're right. And we billys take Ws where we can

As someone who rarely used Billy's M1 (even when survivors were injured I still used the chainsaw most of the time), I can't use him anymore, his sounds, his camera pov, for some reason I feel like I can't flick as easy as I was able to before.

I loved playing against old billy and using him.

I haven't seen a Billy since the nerf and will probably won't see any and since I don't plan to use him count 1 less.

Exactly dude, I used to be a skill billy to heart too but it's not the same anymore

I can't speak for others but I stopped playing Billy myself because he just got boring. Same killer with minimal changes for 4 years. Yeah the overheat thing is stupid bu tI've literally seen one billy ever overheat and he was rank 17. Smart players will only go for a down in a deadzone so they'll never overheat unless they're circling the map multiple times.

There's other killers in the game now like Blight or Oni that are just as powerful/mobile and way more fun to play. That's why you're seeing him less.

Yeah you're right but most billys such as myself don't overheat often only because when the cooldown meter is like from 70-99 full there is no point of revving because we know we can't even get a saw in anyway and might as well not suffer a max cool down you know what I mean?

i actually was thinking about playing him before the nerf, but because of the overheat i can't use my chainsaw as much

Exactly even experienced billys struggle to find a balance of the new saw and cool down. He's super discouraging to play now

I've never played billy in any real capacity, but from the looks of it (to me) he just seems the same except with a nerf to his ability to be a marathon runner. Can someone explain what the issue is?

No problem, my concern is that billy used to be a great killer who rewards skill with an insta-down if the saw landed, he used to have good pressure with zoning, great mobility, and curving. But the new nerf made his chainsaw use so limiting. When you use your chainsaw revving takes about a quarter of his chainsaw use before you can't use it for a while. This does not include chainsaw sprinting which also takes more away. Usually when you run a marathon around the map you'll stumble on a surv. Good billys will proceed with chasing surv with their saw but most of the saw meter is already used up. When going against good survivors patience is key. Survivors can easily juke and counter curving so holding the saw is the best course of action so you don't miss but you already used so much of the saw to get there by the time you try an get the down you dont have enough saw to kill someone and billy becomes a basic m1 killer. In the billy community millys ( billys only using m1) are unaccepted as a true billy, but everyone is forced to be a milly with the update

I used to love playing billy and versing him too. Now he is on the pile of useless toys with ph, deathslinger and all the other unfun killers. And since I've been facing only m1llys (twice a year) probably most skilled billys stoped playing him too.

Yea he was one of the few killers that was good and not boring to play against

i miss billy... his pick rate is gonna be lower than clown

You're right dude I miss him too :(
