At least in solo queue, "Chaos Shuffle" isn't referring to the random perks lol its referring to the shuffle of teammates…This game mode really brings to light how (it feels) like majority of players are really unskilled/have no idea what they're doing…I can see why survivor has the bonus most of the time. I had this thought, what if HEX perks had a small tweak. What if you could "take" the hex perk off the totem and it disables, but at anytime, if there is a totem remaining, the killer can place the HEX perk on any totem. This way you can "save" HEX perks (like ruin and/or undying) for late game when it really matters. So we all know how strong DS/Unbreakabble is when survivors abuse it. I personally play both sides (mainly survivor) and understand how frustrating it is on killer when survivors abuse it so I don't use them together. I thought ab some solutions that can make the game more healthy for both sides. Just speaking on my favorite killer with some concerns. I know no one is really speaking about the billy nerf which is understandable because the devs significantly reduced the cooling and its no longer a major issue. However no one plays him anymore because of the changes. Don't get me wrong the add-on changes were great and were necessary.
