    This is just wrong.

We have the same fast vaults just like years before the broken "new" ones came in, so I dont complain about this.

And this one thing leads you to the conclusion, the devs wouldnt care about a part of the playerbase? A bit overreacting for me.

and also how are they even remotley broken? Like ive hit so many people during fast vaults, and if your like going at a high speed vaulting at a high speed makes sense? Did u skip physics class....?

The normal fast vaults are fine, when they "bugfixed" them they become OP af in a game that's already leaning Survivor sided.

How are they OP??? Its your RUNNING then you can GO FAST over a vault it makes sense!? It takes skill to do them unless you just w key, and if your any good you can still get the hit???

Yes because coming to a full stop mid chance feels natural. Also yes they dont care about casuals, nerds complain, they get there way when normal people who go outside get the terrible nerfs.

Not quite casual. Former competition player here, but stopped and went solo queue only for the last two years. Didnt feel the need to complain about any other killer until alien. Its basically rework Freddy all over again and I have no idea how that got into the game when they know that by giving killers the ability to do everything it ruins the game on every level.

Im completely fine with the xenomorph, its the gutting or core mechanics that makes me angry.

  • @RubberBrain said:

What do you mean no one disliked them?? There were plenty of complaints, the thing that sucks is instead of finding a good middle ground the completely reverted fast vaults to a point that theres no reason to hit a fast vault over a medium vault, honestly though if they reverted if and made fast vaults harder to hit that would be fine, giving you more to learn with a fairly strong effect

Ima be honest, anyone who complaing about fast vaults is anoyying and needs to play both sides. I play both sides fiarly evenly, and I can say never ONCE did I think fast vaults where bad. They are hard to hit! And its completely fair if you w key for a long time to jump and keep your speed. This new update is uncanny!

People with bad ping should not get rewarded, ever.

Its not about getting awarded, its about being able to play the game. Not all of us are rich and can afford crazy gaming setups and infinite powered internet.

Balancing around "fun" is extremely subjective. Like you've stated, you think camping and tunneling aren't "fun" but it surely can be "fun" for some killer players.

On the topic of "MFT is FUUUUNNN" I could make a better argument for old DH being more "fun" than MFT because atleast with old DH you can claim that getting a well timed "parry" felt good to do. Meanwhile MFT is just "oh i got hit, i run 3% faster now".

Both sides are allowed to have good perks, aslong as those perks dont make the matches miserable to play.

But it feels like they arent allowed to have fun perks. I agree dh was more fun but I do honestly think MFT is fun I like going faster and theres nothing wrong with that. Its just any fun perks we get, get nerfed immediatley.

  • Me when spreading false information online

  • @GentlemanFridge said:

But what will happen if you could? The killer will know that it's possible, and just wait for you to try. If you succeed, they just hit you again after 10 seconds.

But for instance, if your hooked right next to an open exit gate and then u take ur chances, get off, and can leave. I just feel like its an almost useless feature besides deliverance, and having you be able to do it if your the final survivor would make it useful.

  • @UntilValhalla13 said:

^ genuine question: why still play the game if 85% of the killers are annoying?

I only dislike 8 killers tho... (NEVERMIND I realise u where talking to the guy above lol i agree)

Noeds speed boost is 4%. 1% more than MFT, except it only triggers in the endgame. Meanwhile MFT gives you nearly the same effect every chase.

sidenote noed is absolutely not OP. Quite simply, cleanse the totem. it is not that complicated.

Except literally NOED is 6%? Like why literally blatantl lie. It says 6% do u have like a lower tier of it???

I've played a lot of survivor recently. Did you not realize that I mentioned how bad maps are? If maps were a lot more balanced, map offerings should still be nonexistent. People shouldn't be able to force the other team to where they want to go.

I mean some people just like certian maps and want to go to them, not everyone is nerdy and wants to go to the best map. I personally bring shattered bottle almost anytime i get one bc I love the map. I personally find it fair and super fun. It seems like your just salty bc good players are bringing you to maps you personally feel are survivor sided. If thats not your reason, then theres literally no other reason. Most people use map offerings for fun.

  • I like proove thyself for the bp bonus ;c (not anymore tho <:( )

I think MTF is fine, and I do both survivor and killer about the same. I main Dredge (a mid tier at best killer) and i have never even noticed people have it bc I am good enough to kill people very quickly. My dbd hottake is that MTF isnt overpowered, and people who say it is are just bad lol.

I also hate the doctor idk if thats a hottake I just find him boring, and that his power is wasted potential bc his hallucinations and stuff are so fun and I remeber getting him when I first played and it was horrifiying and fun, but now its just boring.

Freddy is actually rlly fun to play as, he just isnt super good. He has alot of strategy and intense gaming involved if you use his abilities right with good perks.

I dont rlly like Mikeala mains bc they are fun people but they always sabotage my team (insta saving everytime).

I dont personally think Dredge is low teir bc people really dont understand how good he can be, chasing during nightfall is DENTRIMENTAL to good players even as they always get stuck on walls and stuff. Also the Remenant is AMAZING anti loop.

Im actually still in love with Wesker despite getting him so much, hes just so fun that I cannot bear to hate him.

I LOVE ACE VISCONTI SO MUCH HES MY BBG GIVE HIM MORE COSMETICS I LOVE HIM <33333

  • Why are you complaining about MAP OFFERINGS rather than MAP BALANCING? I personally only bring map offerings for silly plays like the hole build in the ward. I get some survivors will bring it to the game so they can 5 gen or whatever, but killers can also bring it to maps their good on. You clearly dont play any survivor and it shows. map offerings are completely fine and you are complaining about the wrong thing.

Hard disagree. Its a lesser bloodlust that is permanent as long as you are injured with a downside that is almost irrelevant. The loops, pallets, windows, and maps in general were designed and balanced around the killers moving a certain amount faster than the survivors. 3% MS is a hell of a lot and it makes every loop in the game so much safer and chases take so much longer.

And im fine with them nerfing it a little bit to make it be activated somehow, but it really isnt that hard to play around, like I have never even noticed people running it but in post game ill see everyone had it. If you play smart MTF is absolutely irrelevant. And if the perk troubles you this much, just run anti exaustion builds.

  • @NoOneKnowsNova said:

    Neither need changing.

If MFT needs a nerf, it'd be it's secondary endurance effect if anything. I'd be more than fine with that being removed as it proves more frustrating for me than the main effect.

Bloodlust is somewhat outdated, however I don't mind it's presence, especially when certain combos can lead to infinites on specific maps.

This is exactly my point. MTF is a GOOD perk. Not 'gamebreaking' or anything killer mains try to tell you. Its a small speedbonus. Why does every somewhat good perk need to be gutted? Like MTF is a solid perk, let survivors get a solid perk. Killers on this site complain about everything and im so tired of it. Chill out killer mains, your not being targetted by a series of attacks from behavior, your just throwing a hissyfit the second survivors get a good perk.

  • Im a dredge main so im hella biased, but my idea was just to spawn more lockers on maps with small amount of lockers. It wouldnt change that much, just make it so there arent locker deadzones.

  • I think its a good perk that only is used when your at risk. Im completely and entierly fine with them removing the endurance effect. Killers going absolutley crazy over a 3% speed boost is wild funny. Killer mains will complain about literally everything and its just so disgusting that survivors get everything nerfed and killers get 1 small nerf or the survivors get 1 good perk and the killers loose their minds.

TLDR: killers need to chill out and MFT isnt overpowered and rewards risky playstyles, im find with removing the endurance.

  • Rick and Michonne as the survivors and alot of legendary skins!

Risk could have Glen, Daryl, etc

Michonne could have Maggie, Clementine, etc

A few other skins could maybe be Morgan for Trickster (?) and maybe beta for Leigon.

  • Im honestly a fan of NOED when I play survivor, it makes you have to think about if the killer has it or not and adds some more stakes at the end. I do have one issue though. THE SPEED BOOST! It's an overpowered perk AND gives you a speed boost!? It is completely worth a slot without one and the 6% speed boost just makes it 20% harder to escape chase! I honestly love how scary it makes endgame but I think it should entierly remove the 6% speed boost. (I find it funny how abunch of killer mains are complaining about Made for This giving a 3% speed boost, yet NOED, one of the most already overpowered perks in the game gives 2x that!?)

  • @AetherBytes said:

    https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/comment/3456196#Comment_3456196

Because 3% means you've reduced the speed difference between you and the killer by 20%, a whole fifth, more than enough to make loops that would have been hits easy greeds and adding 2-4 loops. Sounds a lot worse now doesn't it?

I'm fine with it's power, but not it's trigger.

This is a good take! I think it isnt overpowered and its a really good perk, but maybe (because everyone wants it nerfed) they should make it so you have to do something to activate the perk for the trial. Something simple like cleansing a totem or whatever would honestly be fine.

  • I think Armored titan because the survivor skins are more unique and represent Attack on titan more. I personally am an Ace main, but think that Kenny is kind of a not huge character in AoT (I only baught the cosmetic bc it was Ace). Mikasa and Levi represent AoT much better and the outfits are much more special. And the Armored titan skin feels alot better than the warhammer titan skin, as it is much more different from the original character (Armore dis more different from the oni that warhammer is from the spirit).

As a dredge main I can 100% confirm I have never once thought that MFT was severly effecting me... If your good enough with dredge the survivor can be 2x faster than you and youll catch up. I think maybe youre making a bit of a big deal abt this... Dead hard was overpowered bc it gave speed AND let them take an extra hit. A small speed boost is not even that crazy. Let survivors have some good perks LOL.

Also to add on, Dredge is alot more than a "teleport away killer", I think maybe you're using them wrong (or not effectivley). I use lockers in almost every chase to cut off survivors (even on maps with few lockers), and his reminant ability is amazing in loops!

So your chart is full of it quite a bit TBH. To start with, clown is still affected by it because it counteracts the slowdown a bit more than running normally. As mentioned instadown killers don't care much, nor do blight nurse and spirit.

Twins very much is affected by it, i'm not sure what you mean by that, but the extra speed definitely makes it easier to dodge victor.

Cenobite definitely cares a little because again, it makes it easier to dodge and the movement speed applies even when you are chained. The chains right now BARELY make it so you catch up to the survivor if you land a perfect chain. For example, look how hard fixated counters him.

Dredge? ######### are you on about with that one, dredge is basically an M1 killer with a "leave the loop" power. MFT allows you to "leave the loop" faster and get more distance than you normally would.

    I'll give you wraith.

Trapper? Are you kidding me? Trapper is HEAVILY affected by it because his power is pretty garbage in general as it is.

MYERS? he is literally an m1 killer!?

Billy i'll give you he has instadown, but its more about curving which MFT can make harder.

Demo?!! are you nuts? MFT makes you run FASTER than demo while charging shred, whereas normally demo moves at the same speed as survivor (with that addon), this MEGA makes a difference, think back to when they nerfed the addon so he still moved slower than survivors and how terrible he was and they quickly put it back before it went live from PTB.

Ghost face is another m1 killer basically with a stealth component, but ghost face very much is still an m1 killer.

PH i'd say is arguable but seems fine.

HUNTRESS?! 103 vs 110 is HUGE when you can huge those insane rocks that she can't throw over, they become infinites without bloodlust.

    Deathslinger, see huntress

Nemesis, in theory yeah, but in practice it hurts him pretty hard, try playing him sometime at high MMR.

Artist is same as dredge, her power is a "leave the loop" power, so it allows the survivor to leave the loop faster.

Knight is a "leave the loop" power

Skull merchant is a "leave the loop" power

Singularity is HEAVILY affected by it, because as it stands if you run duration, you can JUST barely catch up to them just before the duration runs out to tank a pallet stun, but with MFT you don't get enough distance, so he basically becomes an m1 killer you predrop pallets against.

    Wesker i'll give you

All the bad ones i give you as well. All in all, i'd change your list to this:

    https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/BA5FPNBWBJTO/image.png

Moreever though, you did not address the main point of this thread. Which is that it is 100% free, survivors just get it, for getting hit. They are rewarded for making a mistake.
