Lie again. Killers are carried by their own power. You make no sense right now. Perks make killers more oppressive not the other way around. This perk does well at making already strong killers more oppressive like Oni.
-
Gen regression ain’t needed. As long as you know survivors whereabouts that’s all that’s needed to win. Thats why this perk needs a nerf because it has no counterplay and killers are only going to go in lobbies with items. Y’all can’t even describe the counterplay for this perk. Just face it’s an oppressive perk that needs a rework or a big nerf.

The perk is fine. The counter play is very easy.
No it’s not fine and it will be nerfed like it or not.
-
If you drop in the corner of the map the killer know your whereabouts. Please be more realistic you can’t even give a valid counterplay rn. That’s not counterplay. You just explained how to waste survivor’s valuable time.

The counterplay is easy… pick up your items.
or/and go and drop it in the corner of the map.
that’s not counterplay. If you pick up the item you get oblivious status effect.

Manual scamper clearly was hated. If you don’t like Chucky new rework don’t play him. Manual scamper was also horrible design and it was slow and clunky. New Chucky is way better than old you just don’t know how to use him so play someone else.

I would rather have Hidey-Ho stealth mindgames be the main strength of Chucky's power instead of Slice & Dice being the main focus so that his main identity isn't reduced to that of yet another hypemobility killer as we already have too many of them, however at this point i just want Manual scamper back, so i'll take anything at this point in time as long as it means that it returns again one way or another.
Also i feel like Slice & Dice should be more risk/reward heavy by giving him a slightly more noticable penalty for missing Slice & Dice but a better reward for hitting someone.

As much as I like the ideas being thrown out and wish so hard that at least some of them would be implemented, I'm convinced the devs purposefully make perks weak just to force action-oriented and current meta perks to always be the go-to.
It's the only explanation I can think of as to why so many perks, like this one, have lackluster numbers and effects, and why strong perks (at least for survivor) are almost never touched nor given real competitors to replace them with.
Maybe I'm paranoid, but after around ~7 years of this treatment I'm starting to cave to that conspiracy theory.
I can go for this but by the fact that if it reveals auras of all survivors then you’ll know what everyone is doing as long as you’re in the boon. They also definitely should show all totems.

I dont think that they would ever do that because this would make Circle of Healing even worse. I mean, all Boon-Perks are really bad, but if you put something better than the Aura Read on CoH on Illumination, you will have even less reason to run CoH while making Illumination barely more playable.
Boon Circle of Healing is about healing not aura reading. That was something they added for constantly nerfing the perk and to help players find injured survivors in the boon for the purpose of healing. Not extracting information from the boon across the map. That’s the whole idea behind boon: illumination.

Lol. No.
Wanna know a killer that is broken at every loop?
Nurse.
she’s not guaranteed either requires precision
-
I warned y’all not to buff this killer and now he’s broken at every loop
-
Then if a failed skill check is just going to give a good skill check then it shouldn’t require great skill checks to obtain these stacks. It should be the total opposite or another way to gain stacks. Also whoever the person said it should be global that’s a good idea.

I'm pretty sure haste do not increase relative speed but is applied to fixed value.
Surv running 100% getting 5% haste is moving 105%
Killer moving 115%, getting 5% haste now moves 120%, not 120,75%
But this will further validate your point, not contradict it, unless you calculated something poorly I haven't checked this yet.
ya, they over complicated it when everyone knows a 4.6 killer runs 115% and survivors run 100%. All the math was needed was to add 5% not anything that guy was doing.
-
it shouldn’t break on death because it creates dead zones that killers can’t do anything about but let the survivor stay on the ground invincible to any kind of detrimental abusing perks they could possibly bring that compensates for it.
-
or it should be reverted and buffed to 5% per survivor injured without healing penalty. Same values currently but getting better usage of it earlier on.
-
I think all the changes except to 5 seconds to 3 seconds is great. 4 seconds will be the sweet spot. Also please make decisive strike 4 seconds as well. If 5 was too overpowered and 3 seconds is too weak then 4 seconds is the sweet spot.
-
Nothing is wrong with the Unknown. Once again stop imposing changes that aren’t needed. The Unknown has counterplay and it’s easily to look out for. If the unknown did not have that teleport he’ll be significantly weaker. It’s a reason for them to add that with him. I’ve played against him and it’s very manageable just as other killers are manageable. I don’t want him to be weaker period. Y’all don’t get tired of looping a killer so hard that they don’t even get hooks? Like come on it’s disgusting that y’all just wanna loop killers forever. They’re supposed to be powerful that’s why there’s in-game things that is meant to help survivors escape from them + perks. Let’s get out of these idealistic mindset and look at the facts.
-
Nothing is wrong with sable able to heal at 70% and stacking with other healing speeds. Also, invocations are not overpowered stop trying to impose more nerfs to it. It got more nerfs than buffs they already took away 5 charges and made it not be able to be used with endurance so now leave it alone. If it gets another nerf it’ll need to be reworked because it’s already weak asf rn. It’s already bad rn. We don’t need them to continue to touch perks that don’t need to be touched.
