Doctor is decent if you manage to get a 3 gen defense, Ive crushed SWFs with that strategy but its map dependant.

And if the killer catches the survivor in the basement, with the hatch opened, what's his incentive for not just attacking and chasing the survivor and killing him? What's his hypothetical motive for body blocking this person?
Trolling the guy, like most situations where someone takes the game hostage.

Why is the last survivor left alive dumb enough to go into the basement?
We are not talking about dumb decissions, we are talking about people traped in a place where they cant get out.
The fact is survivors body blocked in the basement have no way to get out of the match if there are no survivors outside doing gens, that is taking the game hostage and it needs a fix.

The Collapse will stop hostage situations. Problem fixed.
What if the guy body blocked in the basement is the last survivor alive?, the teammates cant finish gens to activate the doors nor he can reach the hatch, the survivor cant do anything at all to escape or activate the collapse, his only way out is to disconect.

People pointing at you, spamming the flashlight or t-bagging are the distraction, if someone tries to get you attention usually its because their less skilled friends are nearby and is trying to lead you away.
Like birds trying to lead the snake away from the nest where their offspring lay.

You dont have a very good build for stealth, I suggest you get Urban Evasion and Lightweight and one exhaustion perk.
I use Premonition, Lightweight, Sprint Burst and Urban Evasion, when Premonition ticks I run towards the nearest jungle or obstacle and then switch to crouching walking and try to hide behind more obstacles, it works rather well.
And remember killers and fishes are quite alike, both are attracted to movement, you can hide in plain sight if you stand still near some high grass (except if you play against a survivor main playing killer to get a ritual or something like that).

It should be mapped to the secondary action button, if you press space bar (or wathever you have it binded) it cancels the healing for a few seconds.

Its a way to end a game if the survivors refuse to do it.
You have a bunch of trolls who dont want to open the doors and just avoid you or loop you to oblivion? Right now your only choice is disconnecting, now you can open the gates, start the 3 minutes countdown and end the game without disconnecting or chasing people around the map for 20 minutes.

Impossible without making Solo unplayable.
I think they should split the lobbys for SWF and Solo and give killers advantages against SWF (only against SWF) like slower gens, more perk slots, perks with higher ranks, better stats etc.

The extra BPs sound nice on paper but it will attract a lot of people who cant handle No Mither (lets face it, its not a perk for everyone, same as OoO or Diversion).
Right now when I see someone using it I know in most cases the user will give the team trouble and rarely im mistaken, the no broken status and healthy start are nice changes tho.

I don't remember the name, but the huntress one that removes your red stain and gives you extra blood points. For me it's useful against looping at high walls and give jumpscares, also to get more points
Beast of prey has some nice synergy with Doctor with Discippline addons.
I personally love Lightweight, paired with Urban Evasion helps a lot avoiding chases before they actually start (not recomended for the faint of heart).

Balancing in separate ways Solo and SWF would eventually fix a lot of the problems this game has, right now you cant nerf SWF without hurting Solo and you cant buff solo without buffing SWF too.
