As faemr as tunneling it depends on what you mean. If you unhook someone in front of me you better have bt or that person is getting slugged and im chasing you. But no i dont tend to tunnel. I will prioritize though and theres a bifmg difference between the 2.
Thats the same playstyle I like to adapt as killer.
with 5-4-3 gens I'm happy to leave any survivor on the hook for pickup and leave it be. (unless they try to save them when I'm still nearby/Too fast then its their own fault And this happens a lot and usually doesn't pay off in their favor let me tell you.)
But when I'm being gen rushed or have not achieved anything and its 1-2 more gens to go, I will camp hooks and tunnel survivors. I wanna make sure I get atleast 1 survivor killed. But noed usually grants me a second kill on the end on a bad game.
I love it when in the after game chat survivors will come up with "Tunneler/Camper" in the chat, When I simply need to respond with
"Gen rusher"
Whats the difference ?

I have saved up a lot, and can't wait till the cakes stacking is finaly fixed, which has taken more than long enough.

I have a lot of trouble facing the doctor too.
I plan to get him with shards soon so I can discover his abilities and weaknesses. Seeing the game from the killers perspective will certainly help countering him.

It has been a pretty disappointing event so far.
I was very long looking forward to this event. Since I am playing DBD so actively lately.
I expected Double blood Points (blood Rush) since it was apparently there in the previous 3 anniversary's.
But even without the Blood Rush, running 4/5 Cakes makes for a lot of BP if the offerings (Which you can easily get LOADS of)
actually worked. But after 3/4 days they still don't!
I don't really care about the crowns...They don't seem to do much...? Even when I pick them up and escape with it.
But the killers and other survivors have become very selfish and toxic. More than ever before, The past games this week have been mostly horrible or pointless.
Fortunaly its just a game...There are bigger things to worry about, But it is a big disappointment, Yes.

I agree, going with 3 survivors instead of 4 is a HUGE difference.
I think Ebony Mori is an insanely OP item, Which removes ALL the fun or chances for the survivors in the game.
I also think its way, and I mean, WAY to easy to get (A lot of)
And even as a Killer, its not really fun to use it, the match ends fast (after a long queue) and you don't really get the satisfaction out of it, It feels more like running a cheat than that you really "deserved" that win. it really feels unfair.
I personally only consider bringing ebony mori when I see 4 survivors with a toolbox or flashlight. If you gonna gen rush me you deserve to be morried.

I don't really have favorites. I believe that even the killers who are on the bottom of the most tier lists can be better when played by a good player, than a killer who is on top of the tier lists by a bad player.
A killer, Survivor or character in any game will be as good as the player controls it.
Least favorite :
-The Doctor.
He always Drives my team and me crazy, disrupts everything we are doing and keeps the pressure up the whole time its really painfull to play against him and a challenge to get through. But then again, I like the challenge. Winning against a doctor gives more satisfaction.
-Chainsaw killers (Billy/Bubba)
I think their 1 hit move is just insane and unfair. People say they may be dodged "easely" So i may be doing something wrong.
-Any killer without a terror radius

And it would be a nice compensation for the offerings lost in the past 2+ days and the disappointment and trouble in addition.

- Havent noticed any people suiciding any more than ussual (on purpose)
- Well what I do notice is that when they have the crown, they will escape ASAP and leave you for dead.
- I haven't seen any positive effect of the crown or the event so far.
- Offering is still bugged yes, That is very painfull.|
- Killers tryharding, Yup absolutely They are even more merciless than before.
- Survivors in swf with keys and a map.....To counter this you need to play as the tryhard killers you proposed in #5

Point being, And I think I'm not alone here, Is that this cake bug seems like something that should be pretty easy to fix and we are 2+ days into the event.

I am a little bit shocked. Why does it take so long to fix it or state an update about it or disable the item at least.
What are they doing during their work hours ? I wonder....
What kind of compensation will we get ? Will they extend the event ?

Then that's a poorly timed event with an holiday on the second day of the event.
They weren't able to fix the issue on the first day and now they relax on the second day....

I would love to see this and it would make an excellent combo, but its not going to happen I think.

They should have turned on blood hunt in the first place, it was there in all the previous anniversary's
But aside from that, We deserve a compensation as well at this point.

How is it fair? Did you not read the post explaining everything? You can not avoid being the last one, there can be bad teamates and just unlucky games. When that happens, yes you can race to find hatch but the killers finds the hatch before you. Or even if you avoid finding the hatch and go to a door asap, the killer will most likely get to you before you get to open the door. You have no choice but to try for gate and usually they spawn not far from each other. Which mean the killer can easily camp or walk to both doors. How is it fair that you have no choice but to die, you should have a better chance to live and not just give up a free kill. I can see a senario where you do live, such as if you get a big map & you use a septic to get in an extra hit and open the gate but that is so rng. I'm talking about getting a fair fight when the hatch is closed and the doors are close to eachother.
Like I said, You have to accept that you cant win every game, no matter how hard you try.
Every game and situation is different and will there for have a different outcome.
If you are the last survivor standing before the exit gates (have to be) opened, and the hatch is closed. The killer has outplayed your Team and basically already won. In this situation, Yes, you are at a disadvantage and have a very small chance to save the day.
Try to put yourself into the shoes as killer.
Mind you that if a killed closes the hatch, he has probably no intention of granting you an escape.

I don't think the gate unlock time is unfair.
That's why you should make sure that you're not the last man standing when you still have to unlock gates.
Also there is always the hatch.
Sometimes there is just no escape and you have to accept that.

It is very shamefull.
Yesterday I already wondered why it took them over 6 hours to fix such a minor bug, And if you can't fix it so fast...Disable the item atleast. But even that was not possible ? They were able to activate it though....
Now I read that It does work but it gives more than its supposed to for the time being ?
That's great thats really gonna help and compensate me because I have to work all-day.
You know actual work and fixing things and not take 6 hours on them.

We have every right to complain.
I've looked forward to this event for weeks, I've been very actively playing DBD the past weeks. I have spared BP bonus offerings so I could synchronise them with the supposed double BP that has been in every anniversary event so far.
There was no announcement of at what exact time the event started. There is no double BP, And the extra offerings don't even work.
They have had the whole day to fix that but didnt. I have work tommorow and I don't know what DBD staff is doing, But I'l be doing actual work and fixing tommorow.
