Killer will always tunnel, they always have even when they had erruption. When the Killer wants to tunnel he will. As survivor just enjoy the chase, try your best. You probably die at the end but your other teammates escape. So you won as a team. And lets be honest, when you get tunnel for 5 gens you have more fun then sitting on 5 gens. Of course, not everyone sees it that way.

Killer the tunnels are sometimes just really bad and when they show it. I always found it amusing.
Example: I had a Spirit on autohaven and she saw me First. Tried to down me. Tried 2 minutes to down me. No chance. She left me and found another on. Yeah the other three just potatoes easy down for the spirit. I did gens, unhooked, healed. Spirit ignored me. Another survivor dead on hook pushed the last gen with me.
Endgame: you know what is happening. Spirit wanted only me because now she has the time for me. Just me. Other survivor had fear to open the door and waited xD. Yeah ######### solo que. I died of course
But that was OK for me because the killer showed me he is just trash against good survivor. This killer want only potatoes. I mean she was smart to drop the chase with me of course, not every killer is so smart. But in the end I won.
If you dont like tunneling, learn to loop every killer. Give the trash killer what they deserve for that. And he has no chance. Imagine solo que, Killer try to find the weak one but no one is weak. Sometimes The Killer DC because of that. I cant tunnel so DC haha. If Not, the Killer get maybe one kill with hard tunnel but the team win. Sometimes you find a good lobby in solo que.

I don't find that toxic, just funny. Survivor or Killer. Today I had a very fun match on Haddonfield against wraith. I had the longest chase with him. The other finished 2 gens. He left me and wanted chase other survivor. The other survivor... Easy downs. I think they didnt had much Game experience. I did gens. Then one gen left and one survivor dead. I wanted finish the last gen, the other survivor had fear. I went upstairs and the wraith surprised me. Got me down and he was happy to catch me finally. I saw that because he hit me few times at the hook and his head was nodded. I got unhooked and the wraith wanted me again. I looped him again very well. The other survivor still had fear and didnt want to fix the gen. so he had time for me. The end from the chase: runned into the house with three windows. He didnt follow me. I was thinking he maybe want surprise me. He was outside ( Main door). I waited for him 15 seconds and was standing at the window, just wait for him. I didnt look back and was so focused on the main door that I didnt realize that he had been standing behind me for a long time. I can imagine how much he was laughing. Endgame... He slugged me. Found the other and he gave me the hatch. We had both fun and nothing was toxic. Nothing.
Btw: at the pallets If I stunned him I was always looking in the Sky, that was funny too and I tbag him 2 times because I wanted his attention. There is again nothing toxic.
I know.... I know... Long story. But hey, this kind of matches are the most fun, If no one see anything toxic things in anything.
And sorry again for the long story but I hope you laugh a litte bit too.

I say always: If the killer chase you and down you very easy of course he tunnel you or try to find you If the other player much better. So .. learn the maps and learn to loop. Thats it.

Like you, my main goal is not to survive as survivor, but to make sure I get at least 9 emblem points. Ironically, because that's my focus, my escapes seem to happen more than if my I actually played to escape.
A quote on Dwight's perk "Bond" was the main inspiration for focusing more on team than escape: "We have to work as a team! I need you to survive so that I can survive!".
I don't play anymore with this person but Im really wondering why this person is not banned already. Because he do this almost every game.
Teamplay is necessary then more after the Update and I love the update. Much more people have teamplay in solo que. And you are right If you are good in chases and you have teamplay, you just win with your team.

Obviously it doesn't excuse a bad attitude and being mean to people.
It's important to remember we all have different ideas of fun. Some people have fun going for flashlight saves, some have fun doing gens, some have fun winning.
And that is of course OK.
But teamplay with killer, sandbag other survivor. Just.......

Last match I had mirror myers on the game. I had so much fun even though we all died. I love these jumpscares and I love those who still play him. ❤️ That is dead by daylight.

I do that If I loop the Killer 2 or 1:30 minutes and no one did gens (5 gens) then I want die of course xD

If I join a match and see Onryo, pig, Freddy, myers, pig or myers I'm happy because unfortunately you rarely see them. Makes the match directly more fun. I'm also looking forward to see pinhead or wesker because I like to play against them. I cant see wraith, blight or plague anymore. They are so boring.

If you cant play without dead hard you are not good. I never played with dead hard, learned to loop and I love If the Killer tunnel me. I have fun and the other survivor If they do gens they escape. Learn to loop, dead hard is gone and you love the game again.

I wrote that alot people will left this game. Of course now we need more teamplay and yes is the first day. Maybe I had rubbish player. Will see in the future
