I really glad that a few of my friends started playing before the MMR started because there is no way I could recommend the game in it's current state.

No. Not true. The end game might say you De-pip but when you get back to the selection screen you’re back to where you were. That’s a bug in the end game. It didn’t actually depip you.
It clearly did because my rank went down and I had to earn a pip to go back up...

I had about six seconds on a gen with a teammate and depipped. I remember it because it caused me to down rank. I wasn't happy.

That's how its always worked. Counts as surviving, items kept (without addons) and no one can depip.
I have 100% depipped from killer DCing around a minute into a match.
-
I have played a significant number of matches; well over the 10 games mentioned for this to start working.
If this is how DBD is going to feel going forward I don't think I can play this. Until now I've been playing in red ranks happily. Now I'm being pushed down by potato teammates that have no experience in the game. There is no reason that survivors with sub thirty hours should be being matched with players with hundreds and thousands of hours. It's so incredibly tilting to be continuously down pipping because the MMR has decided to just throw whoever it finds into a match. I have died countless times on first hook because the brand new players it's queueing me with are too afraid to even run much less come save.
I want to play a game to have fun, but this has been the most incredibly frustrating experience. I don't think I can continue if this is the new norm.

Just make all offering hidden.

I had no idea you could do this. Good to know

I'd like to put the following up for consideration
Iron Will
Urban Evasion
Lightweight
Adrenaline

Well thought out and written. I agree on many points.
-
I've can't even get Dead Hard to block the hit. I press it, hit connects, I'm dying and exhausted...
-
This explains why so many people I've been playing with have been killing themselves on hook
-
Yeah seems to be Doctor specific. I've had my DS failing against him as well. There are a couple threads about it in the but report forum
-
Adding to the report. DS failed against the doctor for me as well

Any reason this thread was unpinned?

This is the exact sentiment I expressed in the pinned thread above. I'll partially qoute here for visibility. As a new player I'm pretty worried about the state of the game going forward...
"I'm very worried about how this change is going to effect me as a survivor. I'm brand new to the game; only been active casually for about a month now. I feel like games are over very quickly as is even when going against Ruin.
I'm specifically worried at the measures that will be taken by killers to win. I really don't mind going against Ruin at all. What absolutely makes a game terrible and frustrating is being tunneled, slugged, or just removed all together by Mori. Which I expect to see a lot more which will make this game far far less enjoyable."...

I suggest a 10% change from two fronts.
Make the generators take 10% longer to complete.
Make the area of the map 10% smaller
I believe these small tweaks will give the added pressure needed to make the games more enjoyable for both parties and give you the result that you're looking for with the new Hex: Ruin rework.
