Plague is fun and can do great if you play her a certain way. at rank 1 swf they'll either not drink and remain broken or they'll all drink at the same time and hide during your power.
The trick I have found works the most is to identify a 4 Gen situation early which you can turn into killer sided tiles. If they play broken and approach your gens they are going down, she is 4.6 speed, she can do it.
If they start drinking.... Infect them back, protect your gens, when they drink again, use corrupt. Two, three or more times in a row. Hook or slug as needed. Tunnel one out then you pretty much won. Use this with Corrupt intervention and Gen regression (pop, pain resonance) 4th perk is a wildcard. Maybe something to help you with chases or just good ol bbq for the bp. Or eruption.
I have pulled some crazy stuff doing this in the game and other difficult maps against strong players.

Pumpkin head would be cool.

Reminds me of when a very skilled survivor graciously informed me that I could actually drop survivors back on the ground with B in the end chat....
After more than half my downs wiggled away from body blocking and hook sabotage.
It wasn't obvious....

Favorite: vomit on people. A lot.
Least favorite: trying to play Bubba without camping against scaredy survivors

Two anecdotes here actually. One with Billy, in the map with the cornfield, sprinted right away to get to the far end of the map, through the fields, cero visibility obviously, but like halfway through, I hit a Bill. Didn't even see him.
Second one was with spirit, used my power to move to a far away gen inside a broken structure on eyrie. As my power ran out a Meg just popped in front of me. Turns out she was escaping in my direction.
Both happened like 10 seconds into the game

It doesn't look that bad actually. Without CoH spreading pressure to the unhooker rather than tunneling the unhooked is a viable strategy with Fredd. 3 guys with BT is kinda wasteful too.
2k 2E isn't a bad number, specially considering that you killed their MVP, which means that you actually won the exchange. I would consider this a win

What are you talking about? Bubba has voice lines. When he revs his chain xD.
Also it would be awesome when wraith uncloaks very close to the survivor he says "Booo"

It should not matter. Not unlike in real life, you show mercy and kindness for your own benefit, the quality of the persons you do or their gratefulness (or not) is inconsequential. In fact that you show mercy to a bunch of donkey holes (even if you didn't know) should only increase your satisfaction for it.
Enjoy the moral high ground.

I went (and still am going) through the same thing. Kinda tired of getting looped and dragged on those horrible maps where you just can't win I decided to learn the one killer who doesn't care.
I'm not a good nurse. I don't think I will be soon nor how good will I ever be, since I play with a controller but I'm starting to feel comfortable around her and I'm really starting to enjoy playing with her even if mostly I'm only getting 2 kills per match and there are 2 things that helped me immensely that you could try.
1 ohtofu (I think that's its handle) nurse guide is really good and explains and great deal about playing with her and winning, you should watch it.
2 practice without survivors. Several time like 5 or 6 games per map. The thing with nurse is that you need to learn to come out of your first blink exactly where you want so in each map go to the places where you will have more troubles, that is structures, gyms places where you can loose Line of sight or waste blinks. Practice blinking through the window and just past a door while turning your camera or blinking through stories and past a pallet of in front of a vault. Ignore the survivors entirely. I did this and in some matches I even got helpful survivors that when they noticed they approached and let me chase them through the loops, of course when I happened to down them I just left them to heal and got helpful tips on the after chat (obviously this isn't common but hey).
When you feel confident about your mastery of the terrain, the loops and your ability to actually blink where you intend to, time to practice on survivors.
At least this is what helped me to finally make some progress with nurse.
