As the Black Banquet is in full swing, we wanted to take the time to address some of the issues that have been raised within the community.

Offering Spawn Rate: The current spawn rate is working as intended, providing enough Offerings to guarantee one per Trial while still allowing players to build up a reserve. With the previous issues now fixed, the current rate is slightly higher than for last year's Event, and Auto-Bloodweb and Bulk Bloodpoint Spending
    now prioritize the Offering.

Offering Rarity: We will be decreasing the rarity of the Event Offering to Common in the bugfix patch coming next week, reducing the Bloodpoint price of the Offering in the Bloodweb.
We know this may differ from previous Events, and while the changes are intended and reflect our vision for future Events, we understand the frustration. However, this isn't meant to be any less of a celebration!

Get ready for a Bloodhunt starting tomorrow to help you make the most of the Event with 2 x Bloodpoints from all matches until July 7.

Log in any time between July 3, 11AM ET, and July 16, 11AM ET to get unique The Trapper and Dwight Fairfield Cosmetics as party favors for our 10th Anniversary.

Thank you for joining us in The Fog, we hope to see you around the table of The Black Banquet!

Arent these two windows kind of doodoo, one is a short wall you can just strafe and punish, it feels like it was designed for cut loose if anything.

These are same windows but in different rotation, moreover there were pallets from both sides, so if survivor jump through window, there was a pallet and they were safe.

When BHVR went back on the AFK Crow update, it became pretty obvious they don't have a big interest in cracking down on survivors ruining games by refusing to play them out. There was also someone who posted a support ticket about a survivor player intentional griefing and BHVR basically said that they won't do anything about it.

That's just the sad state of the game. If you want to queue up and AFK or be an active detriment to your teammates, you will not see consequences for doing so.

BHVR said (in one of their blog post about MMR) that they dont want to force people to the meta perks. They have also said that DBD is game without any rules and it can be played by any means. So Hide and Seek is also possible playstyle.

  • We were discussing problem about Diminishing returns. For example Overcharge + Call of Brine and we didnt know how diminishing returns applies for that debuff of overcharge when it goes from 85 % to 130 %. For better navigation it would be great if an icon diminishing returns show while it is applied to your loadout.

I'd agree… But first let's punish killers who camp or tunnel from the very first moment of the game. Then, and only then, we can punish survivors who afk after being hooked.

Not saying you're doing some of those, but from my experience, most killer players are. So maybe that's why so many survivors do that.

This isn´t the problem.. Survivors have oppurtunities to punish these "tactics" there are plenty of perks that can ruin this playstyle and often on high MMR you see these builds. For example I post here the screenshot of my one game.

  • This problem is highlighted when survivor is using Windoes of Oppurtunity and 5 Moves Ahead…

  • Same problem here, I play Xeno and it happens to me in every 2nd game... I dont know how to fix this. I think it is in player mind and until there isn't "de-pip" system the sittuation is getting worse.
