.... shouldn't matter! I have seen so many posts about 'toxic' players and such, but I really think it's okay to play your way. I personally dislike being camped, tunneled, gen rushed, and flashlight spammed, but at the end of the day it's just a video game. You are 10000000% allowed to dislike something, I just think it's wrong to call people toxic or bully them. Debating is always great since some people are able to come to an agreement or even switch positions, but saying stuff like 'stop being so soft' or 'that's a toxic thing to do' isn't fair. As long as you are respectful and play well, I'll be happy. Yeah, I can depip and not have fun, but it beats arguing with someone over virtual murder lol! I guess what I want this post to be about is being kind and enjoying dbd for what it is: A game! You can urban evade if it works for you as long as you're being a good teammate, you can use DS, you can pack a mori, and, most of all, you can play your way!! I love playing competitively, but I think that competition and rage are very different from one another-- You won't always win, and being angry won't change that. I have gotten upset over matches, but all you can do is move on and hope for the best. So, get out there and have fun :)!!

Also, I don't mean for this post to be 'humble af' or anything of that nature, I genuinely love this game and the community, I have just seen a lot of 'so and so is toxic!' or 'this perk is bad and u suck!' kind of stuff, which I just find to be counterproductive, haha!

I think everything said here is correct.

  • Also if anyone wanted to know, I mostly go for objectives, my perks are resilience, sprint burst, plunders instinct, and spine chill. I use plunders instinct to get items, I usually want toolboxes for gens. I have resilience to make use of being alone, injured, and working on things to get it sped up. I have spine chill to know if I need to leave a gen or not. And lastly I have sprint burst in case a killer comes after me, I can run away very fast and get to a loop or pallet safely. I usually don’t bring items because I have plunders instinct. I use offerings to boost my blood points because this usually only go me 8,000 to 20,000 blood points on its own on average. I helps me rank up if I play with another survivor so I can make sure they stay on gens while I go so other things like unhooking survivors. Otherwise I rank up slow but sometimes go down. I personally love this build as it makes the game fun and easier to play.

  • I love playing as doctor because those survivors are pretty sneaky sometimes and I just gotta give em a little ZAP!

  • I want the game to add Jeepers Creepers. And his mori could be like taking your eyes and organs out.

  • I go to the first gen I see, if there are no gens, I walk around and look for survivors, if not I find the killer and loop him giving my teammates time to do gens.

  • Except the one face camped survivor.

  • I’m going to talk about camping, and I think this might make sense to some of you. You see, camping is ok when there are like 1 or 2 gens left, or even the end game collapse, then is where and survivor rules don’t matter. And this is coming from a survivor main. It waste the killers time as well, especially with face camping. If the survivor just waits it out and everyone does gens instead of trying to save the hooked survivor. Every time someone face camps me they get a 1k because everyone else got the gens done and went long gone. So I mean if you face camp and lose al the time there is your problem. I don’t care much cause I kind of half care if I escape. As long as someone does I’m happy and with face camping everyone ecscapes.

  • I only said 50/50 because the survivors I play with are my skill and stuff but the killers I play with are skilled.
