Sometimes it solves itself before getting back to the main menu.
Ok so you have to wait 5 minutes - how ever long it took. Must be hard

You know
Some people have real world crises that coincidentally pop up whenever the game isn't going there way and need to DC.
What about these people, huh? Should they be punished?
If you have a real world crisis that lasts under 5 minutes is it really a crisis?

I don't get the short lung most of the time, I usually get no lunge/attack at all and have to lift my finger up and hit the button again. It is incredibly frustrating to miss a hit on a loop you should have gotten. Tried different mice and different ports as well :/

Imagine being this fragile LOL

Man at least your not lying about your DC like all these other chuckleforks. A for honestly at least, F for disconnecting for the memes though that's hands down one of the dumbest reasons i've ever heard.

IT'S THOUSAND ISLAND AIM DRESSING, JEEZ.
I prefer my Siracha Mayo Aim thanks

Yeah I would very much love to play at 144hz instead of 60, but I won't risk it. Hopefully they add that as an option soon.

The game doesn't adjust your camera if you miss your swing. The hit box of your weapon must come into contact with the survivors hitbox for the window dressing to occur.
What happens more often than not is the window dressing moves your weapon into another object than the survivor.
My cursor does not have to be on the survivor to hit. There is a cone from my cursor out. If I don't have my cursor on the survivor, it moves me up to the width of the cone. This is not hacker auto-aim (which would make you hit as long as someone is in range) but is basically auto0aim in every appreciable way. I can still "miss" IE: not have my cursor on the survivor and hit.
Semantics aside, the real issue is your second line. It can make me miss, I would rather my actual hits look janky AF(implying the already don't kappa) than miss for no fault of my own.

Auto aim implies you missed but we will let you hit anyways because you're cool.
What's happening in this game you hit and the game lines it up to look decent.
How this is still lost on people is astounding to me.

Anything that modifies my aim for me and cause a miss (as the Devs have admitted) is closer to auto-aim and should be removed.

The devs probably just removed the rank variable from the Match Making. It's faster because the game is just throwing together the first 5 people it finds.
They were already doing this before, they just probably removed or lowered the timelimit before they give up and do that lol

Just take four gen slowdown perks KAPPA

Yes my lobby stays open. However, I will very llikely wait 20 or 30 minutes for another killer when I waited that long for the one that dodged. So my problem does exist but thanks for playing.
That would mean there is only one killer available on ps4 every 20-30 minutes. That is patently not true. Your lobby jumps to the top, per Peanits post earlier in this thread. So you get the first killer available. If it really is 30 minutes per killer, then everyone after you waits even longer. I'm sorry but I don't believe that. Maybe record next time it happens because that is either a bug, or a blatant exaggeration.

Perhaps. All I can say is my long waits didn't start happening until the PS4 got dedicated servers. So, if the lack of killers on PS4 coincided with the exact day the dedicated servers were implemented then you may well be right. Regardless I still say you shouldn't get to dodge a lobby because you don't want to play with Claudettes or toolboxes. If so, survivors should get to see if they are facing a Jason, Freddy, or whoever and if they don't want to play against them they can dodge.
The game hasn't started yet, I can dogde whoever I like thanks. Your Lobby Stays Open. The problem you espouse literally does not exist.
-
The lobby literally stays open until another killer shows up. If you still waiting that long its more of a "there are not enough killers" problem than an lobby dodge should be punished problem ROFL.

Clearly, you're not good enough to play in those ranks, especially if this is how most of your games go. It's ok, just learn from the many mistakes you're obviously making in game. While accepting this reality, the game favours survivors at the start, it then favours killers the longer it progresses. You can't waste time being looped, you can't waste time chasing survivors around dead zones take a look at your perks and how useful they are to your playstyle, maybe try other killers, learn how to mind game survivors.
Don't pop in here jumping on the gEn RuSh Is A tHiNg bollox. It's only a thing against bad killers and the very minority of games where you play against optimal 4 man SWF squads (remember, if anyone plays optimally, it's going to be tough to go against unless they play optimally too)
LOL that's why I'm a green rank killer, not red or purple. Lucky me, I can't get a game without two red ranks in it to save my ######### life.

I think I explained why it doesnt classify as autoaim.
And the "AimAssist" in the config file is a just a misdirection, its set to =false by default, and changing to =true does absolutely nothing.
You didn't, in fact in the OP you basically just said "Peanits said it isn't auto-aim so it isnt"
-
If it makes my hit connect when the center of my screen is not on the survivor, it;s auto-aim. To be clear I don't mean a giant ass cone in the center of my screen, I mean the point my cursor is on. Periot.
Also check the config, the option is literally called auto-aim
