Balanced Landing is far and away the most effective exhaustion perk imo and works well on a large number of maps. A skilled survivor in the right place can make a short chase into a nigh-unending one.
Adrenaline is a game changer, plain and simple. Easily the strongest survivor endgame perk.
Spin Chill is probably the most powerful immersion tool you can come across in a survivor's kit and handily counters stealth builds on any killer.

Quite honestly there aren't too many killer perks that I feel put me at a severe disadvantage. It's all in knowing how to counter them once you know the killer has them. The most consistent problem is probably Enduring+Spirit Fury combo. Once you know they have it tho you just need to drop pallets earlier, bait lunges, or use more windows. Other than that most things don't have a huge impact in my mind

I wouldn't say Legion is as bad as current Freddy. They function more like a slightly weaker Wraith. Very easy to get the first hit but that down hit will take more work.
As far as power add-ons go you can go for longer mend times or shorter stun duration when coming out of frenzy. Waste their time with Deep Wounds to distract them from getting a good position and keep them off gens. Or get up close to them with Frenzy, cancel, and make use of the shorter stun duration.
Perks like M&A can help for getting closer to people. Enduring/Spirit Fury is also viable for ending chases faster. Sloppy Butcher can keep people injured longer after getting that first Frenzy hit as well

Quite honestly the problem with having them all regress like that because of a perk brings to mind a lot of balance issues from the standpoint of the perk itself. It would likely become another "mandatory" perk like ruin because it would be one that would be easy to maintain high uptime on if you're doing well as a killer, i.e. constantly picking up survivors after downs, and apply lots of pressure all at once. It's an interesting idea but perhaps a bit much for just 1 perk

Got accused of/reported for teleporting/speed hacking playing the new Legion. Ran green duration addon and iridescent button, so mapwide TR for a loooong time. Also, I know my internet isn't the best but I only rarely get lag complaints so if it was that, that's hardly hacking xD. Also this was on ######### Mother's Dwelling so why WOULDN'T I use my power to get places faster? XD

Tru3Talent, though I know a lot of people on the forums like to hate on him
Puppers is pretty good too

My personal build honestly shifts around a lot. I always like to have at least 1 exhaustion perk though to get that leg up in a chase. It all depends in how I feel that day and what I want to do
Balanced Landing/Dead Hard are my preference, sometimes I'll bring both if I've had a bad day getting caught out of position and want DH to recover
We'll Make It/Borrowed Time for saves
Adrenaline+Hope for obv reasons lol
DS if I've been tunneled/camped a lot that day
I'll use others but those are my most common perks

cant handle? lmao, you really think you're strong playing legion? a killer that has no counter in chase? a killer that requies no skill?
i dc against every legion because he's broken. not op, he's a weak killer (only if he doesnt exploit the game moonwalking or uses frank's mixtape) and most of those dcs were probabily won games. but i dont play for win, i play for having fun. and legion is the totally opposite of fun. legion is a killer that when you face him you cant do NOTHING. and dont tell me jukes are counter to him, because at rank 1 killers are not stupid and you cant base your game plan on windows juke or 360s. a game against legion is like this:
-hit by frenzy (inevitable)
-mend
-repair
-hit by frenzy and being chased"
-go to a window, he vault it faster than you and hit you again
-go to a pallet. he respect it and then vault it and it you again
-use dead hard, he miss a hit but it hit you 1 second after
-he taked a long to down you with frenzy, your team is winning, but... you did the role of a meat shield, actually not using any kind of skill because you cant
-bored
would you play a game like this?
and is not childish leaving a game for being bored, its childish to cry because no one wants to play with you. i wonder why ^^
I find it funny that you assume I'm talking about this as a Legion player. I mentioned already in this thread that I mostly play Survivor, not Killer. I'll only play Legion for a daily and that's it. Not super validating to win when it takes no skill to do so
I do get where the frustration with facing the same repetitive process comes from but I stand by my comment that it's childish to d/c because of that. Especially when this is still meant to be a team game. It cheapens the experience for everyone when you abandon the rest of the team
To answer the question of "would I play a game like this?" though: yes. Yes I'll play it and I'll find my own way to have fun with facing a Legion. I'm content with the knowledge that I'm probably going up against someone who is too lazy or cowardly to play the game without a handicap.
And if they're just doing a daily with Legion the same way I do? Then we can say gg at the end, take our points, and move on

@powerbats I mostly play survivor actually I just haven't really understood the need for people to d/c against Legion versus any other killer playing a frustrating build. I'm a terrible killer personally even without Legion and I only ever play them if I have a ritual for it.
The way I see it, there are plenty of other frustrating builds to go against, not just the Legion, so why not just be a trooper and play through the game with everyone else?
I don't consider myself good enough to loop Legion forever just like I'm not good enough to juke a nurse forever or effectively deal with a Scratched Mirror Myers on Lery's without swf.
Just stay in the game and deal with the hand you're dealt like the rest of us lol. d/cing because "I don't wanna deal with it" is childish imo
And yes, I know this is hot on the heels of the rework being announced so this thread will soon become a very different thing but still. Why d/c when you can just accept that you're not always going to have a good game or win constantly? Try to have fun where you can

As far as perks that help with chasing I assume you mean perks to help with tracking? I heard Nurse's Calling and Shadowborn mentioned in this thread already and those can help with following people juking you and through fatigue. Stridor can help for figuring out directions if you have a good headset. In all honesty though, once you perfect your blink game, it just becomes a matter of predicting which walls people are going to try and juke you around and then chases will be done in seconds. "Chasing" kind of becomes a non-issue when they can't get more than a few steps away

If you're worried at all about being tunneled off a hook then you can also punish the killer by taking Breakdown. not the most amazing perk out there but it does break the hook you were on in addition to giving you some info about where the killer is coming from

Because Legion is boring and anyone who plays it is ruining the fun of others.
and Nurse isn't the same way? I feel like I'm not gonna win anytime against a Nurse and I don't see people auto-dc-ing against her. anyone dc-ing from any game just because of the killer choice is just ruining the game even further

Rather than Urban/Lightweight you could also try out Poised. helps you ghost away in different scenarios if you're not into running around injured to get value out of Iron Will

Just so that I can put it out there. Didn't mean to put this post in this category so I apologize if this is in the wrong spot
