Yea it is weird how often they break her :/
She's been broken for nearly 2 years at this point, it's saddening that nobody has noticed all her cosmetic inconsistencies, I've kept note of it since Kate's my main survivor and I love playing as her. Here's hoping one day it's recognised!

Kate has a lot of cosmetic bugs and visual bugs unfortunately, more and more things on her get broken as more updates come out. It's quite saddening, I really hope one of the developers see these posts and acknowledge the cosmetic bugs on her.

Also can confirm that I don't have access to Vitorrio's Meet Your Maker shirt, hopefully someone sees this and can get it fixed in the next patch!

Hello there Mandy!
I appreciate the response, and sadly yes this appears to be the issue I'm running into and I'm unsure why, I've typed in the correct email address and tried to check if maybe I hadn't signed up with the email I use but it says that there's already a support account active under the current email.
I've made sure to double check my spam folders and haven't gotten any emails so I don't exactly know why it's happening to me haha!
