Mind y'all that y'all killswitched a singular cosmetic peice all because it made the survivor completely quiet, the streetwise bug is worse than that, it didn’t meet “kill switch criteria”, but it was still an exploit, Y'all did the right thing though. Why do we have to beg y'all to use your own feature 😭 this is just giving people more incentive to abuse exploits and y'all know exactly why streetwise usage has risen up the past few days. This is so disappointing.

Hey everyone, It’s getting fixed today At 11 am EST I just checked the patch notes. it was listed on the bug fix patch so just update ur game today and y’all should be able to finally play!

Honestly y’all shouldn’t reset everything, it’s not worth it. Losing all ur progress and achievements and purchases. I mean if you must play right now just make a new ps4 account and use that one for now. I will never understand why y’all are willing to delete everything permanently instead of waiting a week. SMH

@Rizzo @Jocelynbee @Mandy i sent two support tickets and got the same response. And it’s the same copy paste response as the others said it was. When’s the exact day of the update? And at what time because it doesn’t look like support is gonna fix it for everyone who contacted rn

yeah I hope we can have the days extended for the rift or we can get some tiers unlocked automatically when we get back in. I appreciate that y’all have tried and spoke with us and gave us updates on it, this is very frustrating for alot of us. I know it’s not y’all’s fault or what was intended, I just feel like if this was a pc issue it would’ve been solved immediately.

How long is the wait if I live in the southern US? I’ve contacted dbd before and it took them a month to get to me. I hope it’s not gonna take that long

Where would that be? Where do I go once I go into that link? I pressed submit a request and I talked to a bot that just told me to check my updates and connections even though this is an issue across so many users.
