  • If anything they shouldn't be allowed to crawl out when hit into the dying state. The exposed status wouldn't stop them from being toxic because all they have to do is stay at the finish line and crawl pass it after being hit.

  • What if with SWF groups they have less perks depending on the number of survivors in that group? For instance, a party of two, each are allowed only 3 perks; a part of three is only allowed 2 perks each; a party of four is only allowed 1 perk each. Meanwhile, randoms get to use all 4 perks.

Pretty sure you're tired of hearing this and you may think someone on the dev team is trolling you by having you play those maps a lot, but until you got actual proof of that, here's the actual fact as of now...

You're experiencing RNG at its finest.
While you're stuck with a few areas mostly, my RNG usually sends me to all kinds of locations.
But last month i had a lot of Red Forest.
It really is just RNG playing with you.

This wasn't an issue until after the new DLC came out. As a survivor, the map spawns seem to be leveled out, except for the new map very rarely being chosen. But as killer, it's all Farm and Swamp.

  • Seeing how I mostly play the hag and pig as killer, you could see how much more of a nuisance it is.

  • Holy crap. I didn't even know that was a thing. I mean I know about the offering but for a survivor to have that? That's a load of BS.

  • Yep. Just did a round at the farm with the Hag and running tier 3 NOED and the doors couldn't have been more far apart than they were. I'd hook one and down another near the other door and the hooked one is rescued, etc. etc until both doors were fully opened. And this was with iron grasp too but it was a no win situation for me unless I were to camp.

  • This is still continuing btw DEVS. I doubt it's anything but an easy fix for them, but it's gotten real old real fast.

  • Sorry for multiple posts. Forum was being stupid with that whole comment must be approved thing and I just joined last week so I didn't realize that my comments were actually being posted. And more than a few times (and others can tell you the same) I've spawned with a hex totem right in front or at least around. Can't say for sure which ones were ruin or not, but I haven't found it to be rare. And like you said you guys were able to destroy it anyways so I wouldn't say that it was completely protected. And just like with the hag, he should only have to use one trap for his hex totems, but in other circumstances, the survivor will either disarm the trap with the trapper and not able to see what trap was set off, or the survivor would crouch around the trap and disarm the hex, and it happens more times than you think. And auto haven is not a small map by a mile, and no he isn't like the hillbilly or the nurse or the hag where he can run down to the other side of the map in time. In fact, by the time he gets there, the trap is disarmed, the totem is destroyed, and the survivor is no where to be seen.

The intention behind t-bagging also depends on the rank I think or rather if the player was new. When I started playing DBD I did not know that t-bagging at the exit was a way of tauting the killer I just thought the survivors had a dance party lmao (yes I was that naive) and always joined in. Some use it to tell the killer to hurry up and hit them others try to brag about their victory.

You're not the only one that was that naive lol.

  • Yeah because destroying a hex totem is hard enough as it is already, especially when it doesn't spawn right in front of you at the beginning of the round. Same thing with disarming the bear traps without the killer having bloody coil.

  • Actually why not have it where a SWF group has its' own 4 perks in general rather than individual perks when playing solo. As for any one or two solo survivor(s) that are in a lobby with a SWF group are allowed to keep their individual 4 perks, while the group of 3 has 5 perks and a group of two has 6 perks. I'd rather it be the other way around where the killer is buffed up for every survivor in a SWF in their lobby, but this could work too.

  • Yeah cause it's already hard enough as it is to destroy a hex totem that spawns right in front of you at the beginning of the game. And god forbid that the killer gets to use his ability to save his perk for at least a couple minutes. Meanwhile if the killer didn't have that ultra rare addon it would be insanely difficult to disarm that trap in just a few seconds and you get to disarm his trap and hex with no harm done to you. Believe me I hate hex ruin with a passion as a survivor, but the fact that you get to destroy any hex totem (minus toth) just like a dull totem without the killer knowing until after you've destroyed it and you most likely get to carry on scot-free, well it should be a lot harder to destroy it than the time it takes to find it in some rounds.

  • It makes no sense to me that you can disarm his traps without some sort of toolbox or injuring yourself without his addon in the process. It's a bear trap for god sake, not a mouse trap.

  • Until you've been killer you don't know just how many pallets and windows there are in each map. Short story: there are a ton and a half. And have you ever been blinded with a flashlight? Ergo, that's more than enough to hinder any killer when the survivors know what they are doing.

  • Sounds more like a personal matter to me or perhaps you need to change character as well. Not to mention it sounds like you were playing solo and not SWF which more times than not makes a huge difference. Change your playing method and your perks and if need be character. Hell even stake out the killer at the start of the match rather than going straight into a gen.

  • Looked one way then looked the other way only to turn back and see Myers right behind a fellow survivor. And this was at the start of the game so HOLY CRAP!!!!!
