That is a gigantic and clunky overhaul that ultimately just comes down to a bit more running around.
A quicker fix would be to slow down solo repair speeds drastically, but increase co-op repair speeds to compensate. This would make pressuring gens and hooking/chasing survivors far, -far- more rewarding for the killer.

The problem is, you would have to revamp a good portion of the game. This should probably just be a separate game mode, maybe even DbD 2
Ok guys I agree with you so I updated the post with the part: "I KNOW THAT THESE ARE GIGANTIC CHANGES"
Behaviour have money, team and community to make this changes happens, if we like it, let improve the idea and helps behaviour to make it come true. What you think?

every game follow this rule... ppl are extremely competitve nowdayts, and casual players like me find the game unplayable, my games last at most 5 minutes , its not hard to extablish 2 queue system, one for players that like to play rank system with rewards, and another system for casual players with free pair and no rules ...
I like the idea of having another queue, but today everyone is in the same queue and the queue time is horrible, imagine if you divide this players in 2 queues, probably would be worse. I like the idea but I think it's impractable today.

With talk of new rating systems (the auto-ban and such...) did they mention something positive like implementing a reward system for likes?
I cannot stress enough how badly I want me liking well-playing Killers to actually do something! Even if it is just a notification for them, or a measly 25 bloodpoints, I think this would be amazing for the community! How nice would it be if after a particularly bad match in the next you got +25 Bloodpoints from PlayerName! Good job!
At certain tiers, like let's say 100 likes from other players, you could get something a little more rewarding.
Maybe I'm just overly positive but I think the devs should really look into something like this.
Edit: Fixed the Title
Good point, In my opinion a reward to be a nice player is more efficient against toxic behaviours than ban players (the report can be abused for SWF for example)

Other players I know also don't like to play on this map

Strongly Agree

I don't believe that's a good idea.
It'll make an already scummy way to play even scummier way, as people would do anything to climb those ranks.
I think they've already given their input on this.
I agree with you but the bad ways to play should be another problem to solve. In my opinion the iridescent shards would be a great rank reset rewards but on the other hand the behaviour should work to improve this scummier ways to play the game or at least they should make the matches be more difficulty to win playing like this.
