I've got the same problem in my last game. That isn't normal at all and your post is from March ? How could they not fix that ?

I heard that the issue is fixed but can i continue to play or i just wait if i will get refund ? I also made a Ticket on the support but i haven't got any response yet
Because i haven't play since i was so frustrated of losing so much BPs.
