  • The game has to be balanced around the 1v4 aspect because although the chases are 1v1, the result of a chase shouldn't be the killer getting looped for 5 gens, it should be the survivor bought his team time to do gens. Each survivor should be contributing to distracting the killer for a portion of time.

If you balance the game around the chase, then survivors will always have an advantage. The only "solution" they've implemented to stop looping is bloodlust, which is such a ######### mechanic to begin with because when you get pallet stunned you lose it if it is in conjunction with a long wall or a scenario where you have to break the pallet.

With the current state, a survivor must make multiple mistakes to get caught and if their team isn't doing generators, then they deserve to lose. Killers must snow ball the game into their favor early to have a chance. This results in games either taking a long time, as the killer is looped until the gens are done, or quick games where the killer gets 3/4k but doesn't rank up because he didn't play for emblems.

  • I agree, long queue times for killers and survivor where either people DC or don't connect, or the killer is just farming for the archive.

What rank are you? It goes faster when you're in the higher ranks. But I don't know what can cause that issue.

Im in purple ranks now, rank 6 I think

Ok, so i've just had a game where i got raged at for tunneling because apparently in their mind if i down someone twice in a row FOR ANY REASON it's tunneling and i should be ashamed.

This happened because they get the person off the hook and then stood under the hook healing, which lit up my nurses calling, now playing wraith i stood around the corner and de-stealthed as i move around it and swung, so i didn't aim for anyone specifcially but i happened to hit (the now healed) person who was on the hook. Then then proceeded to run off a little and t-bag. So i chased and downed them.

After the game they raged at me, and i explained that i saw them healing and I was told "Your supposed to let me heal and go after someone else, it's called fair play" (followed by a lot more raging and crying)

Now i just wondered. How many other people believe that the killer should go out of their way to avoid hitting the same person who was hooked last, even if they stop and heal right infront of them?

Is this actually a common thought process?

Here's the scoop, you're the killer, just kill them, whatever way you want. Survivors ######### talk to because you stopped them from playing the game. If I don't have an obsession in a match, I tunnel every time. They never give you an easy win so why give them "fair play"? I don't tell survivors how to beat my ass so don't tell me how to kill.

A wraith 4 man slugged my team (we totally played perfect, no mistakes.) He should be looked at, so you guys can make some slight changes.

He can go invisible, he can go really fast for map pressure, he breaks pallets too fast with add ons. He has literally almost no counter...

You're literally a joke. Just delete this post before you embarrass yourself more. If you played perfectly then at least 1 person would get out.

Tf, I don't remember that last time I used it or read about it. Doesn't feel like it at least.

Anyways, it's a one use exhaustion perk, so I'd say it's somewhat just, also you can't exactly choose WHEN it activates, that's ofcourse only if you're not on comms.

So a survivor should be able to use their exhaustion perk ( sprint burst, balanced, etc) then get 5 seconds, almost double the haste duration, and heal a health state?

Feels more like a crutch that has developed into necessity because every high rank player relies on it. It's just an overloaded perk

  • It has a 5 second sprint burst built in. And unlike NOED there is no way to prevent it from happening besides killing everyone before all the gens are d

  • The only reason it's harder to stack WGLF compared to BBQ is the killer needs to hook 4 people uniquely and WGLF you get a stack on a rescue, there can be a Max of 8 unhooks a game so that's enough for 2 people to fully stack it. Most people don't use the perk and if they take the rescue then the people using the perk don't get the stack. Pretty much the killer has more opportunities than survivors to stack their perk and survivors don't unless one is following the killer to farm.

Wow, it is quite amazing to see people whining about detective's hunch.

I mean if y'all want to complain. You understand you can cover the entire map with detectives hunch and sprint burst right?

    MORIS ??

no more insta heals or brand new parts

I dont even know why the brand new part is still pink add on ( its so funny that its still pink )

anyways.. why killers are allowed to have OP stuff but survivors arent?

    is this game killer favoured?

Also, allow me to list OP survivor things:

Survive with friends to gen rush and call out killer location.

Decisive strike, either you get slugged and your teammates get you anyway or killer gets stunned for 3 sec with no counter, because they nerfed enduring.

Detectives hunch tier 3 shows you where all the totems are in a wide radius and for 10 sec so if you have ruin or any other hex perks say goodbye

Adrenaline, get healed a health state and run fast even if you were exhausted and if you are on the hook when it would pop you're given it when you're unhooked.

    I can keep going.

Maybe when they give back the hatch grab mechanic because even when a Killer does close the hatch if you have a key you open it and the killer can't do anything?

The only time moris are even relevant is with the Ebony mori. Do you think that using one of the rarest offerings should make the game more balanced when all survivors need to do is use map offerings to get maps that are easily in their favor?

Also you can't use "just play as Nurse and you won't get permalooped on lampkin lane" because the idea of a game being balanced cannot revolve around 1 killer.
