Thats not the point and i feel like you are just missing my whole point, its not about power levels, strength of perk, wanting to win faster. This isn't about even wanting to nerf lightborn, trying to make it not just a free perk to negate part of game because of lobby items.
light born all killers do is see flashlights in lobby and go "unga bunga lightborn time" nobody has it built into a build people purely use it based on pre game lobby information they get, hence wanting to change it to a token based, like how Franklin was changed so survivors had a chance to use item and distortion was changed so killer could use aura reading more.
The pre game lobby information just gets to block a whole play-style because killer saw too many flashlights in lobby (and as i noted before its leading to survivor lobby dodging if they also see flashlights because people want to be able to use there items)
Now we could remove the pre game lobby, let the killer see nothing and that would fix the issue, but IK that is a unpopular opinion (all tho based on down votes of this thread may be more popular then changing lightborn xD)
the examples you are giving me with plague and doc are LUCK OF THE DRAW scenarios. lightborn isn't a luck of the draw scenario its "how many flashlights am i comfortable with in lobby before i switch"There are people who run Lightborn every game just so they can play the game without having to worry about being blinded ever.

Boil Over is an annoying perk that I'll never run on survivor again after getting the adept.
It's also just..not very good and you have to sacrifice a bunch of macro level game pressure just to get value out of it. -

It's not an "issue" like it's a bug. It's a clear idiotic intended decision to turn the cakes into purple rarity, I don't get how they could screw that up accidentally.
It has to be intentional because this same decision of severely reduced cake rates happened LAST YEAR too. Once is understandable. Twice? But now even worse because of the rarity? Come on… Especially after giving people 10 million bloodpoints to spend, they KNEW what would happen.
I literally quit the game for 11 months due to them making the cakes rarer mid anniversary last year. Like if you're going to disrespect my time investment in the event that much then I'd sooner just play another game.

The amount of times I'll accidentally tunnel someone out by just bumping into them when patrolling gens.

New Skull Merchant is just... bad. Honestly her new kit incentivizes 3 genning even more than her current power on live does.
IDK right now she just seems like a worse, 115 version of Hag without teleports, if that makes any sense.

I was getting mostly Macmillan and Autohaven myself. Unlike yesterday where I got Sanctum of Wrath in five out of six games

Actually using my power in a way that got me multiple hooks during a match is probably my main criteria. There have been a few games where I barely throw hatchets as Huntress and somehow wind up dominating and as nice as that was, it didn't feel as satisfying as getting a single survivor to step in my poorly planned Bear Trap.
Now as for the question itself:
My minimum satisfaction outside of the above is getting at least 4 unique hooks for BBQ, but what'd I'd like to get is at least 7 or so to feel like I was applying the pressure and wasn't flat out bullied. A 3K usually means I feel like I had fun if I get that (and a 4k makes me feel epic), but as I've said there've been games where I've gotten that 4k and it felt more like it was because the survivor team was an entire circus than any amount of skill or good play on my end.

Hey if I could give you the Rank 1 Nurse that kicked my ######### in sideways last night I would.

You're getting teammates who do gens in solo Q?
When it gets me killed, absolutely.
When they don't they just unhook me without BT so they can get those sweet WGLF stacks.
-
Gens before friends, but when it gets your teammate killed for no reason cause they weren't even being camped.
So one survivor is being chased and the other two just start fresh new gens and never go for the unhook.
Also known as solo queue.

Just having it not be an almost constant stream of information for that survivor to tell their friends over Discord makes a world of difference. Going up against groups like that is rare but when you did it was just an awful feeling (they always tend to happen when you have a Trapper daily for some reason), and about the only perk that really gets screwed over by it (the new version) that I use is I'm All Ears.

Can't wait for people to still not run it anyway because they'd rather run Urban Evasion or Self Care and farm me off the hook before the killer can even leave.
Most of the time when I run across it as killer (when the person I'm chasing goes back to hook and goes for a save) it's when a survivor stays in my face cause they desperately want me to hit them to stroke their ego, so having a shortened timer will be nice.
This does nothing to STBFL users or Bubbas though lol.

I'm glad skill checks got tweaked because on console after the new animation patch I had to pre hit my skill checks in order to hit them. Now I can actually aim for Greats and occasionally get them.

My first survivor match was against a Pyramid Head I think? I remember the second match, going up against a Huntress on an Autohaven map a lot clearer because that humming terrified me (I also didn't use headphones for the game audio at first so I couldn't hear the heartbeat/terror radius) I know the third match was a Pyramid Head on Hawkins cause he was the first killer to give me hatch.

I wish I had known when I first started out that the hook progression was solely time based. My first couple matches were as survivor and I kept getting hit on hook so I thought that's what you were supposed to do to get the bar to go down faster.
