If survivors play it safe, Blight shreds through pallets and catches them while they're in the open.
With Oni, if survivors play it safe, Oni can break pallets, then waste a million seconds catching up to W holding, then repeat.
If you're talking "objective", Blight objectively has more frequent tools at his disposal to deal with survivors at all times. Oni does not.

I would prefer add-ons for it, 2.5 seconds by default is perfect

Billy's prestige outfit is one of my favourites, least wopuld be nemesis as it is barely noticeable

base kit he's okay, pre-rework was better as overheat feels a little unfair but it's not too oppressive. His add-on are just bad, they're gimmicky and mostly ineffective and it would be great if they updated them to be more consistent and effective. Like removing the conditions for the charge time ones (pallet stun and being 4.4) but maybe stop them from stacking or decreasing the values so even if they are stacked they aren't insane like what they did with Huntress's wind up add-ons some years back

Most faithful is defo Myers, least is probably Freddy. Nothing about Freddy seems like Freddy Kreuger.

I find that red ranks are populated with more people who play to win than at other ranks where more people play just for fun so when you win at red ranks [as killer or survivor] you'll experience more salt.

Make it so charge time add-ons dont stack (since insta-saw was evil) and so his add-ons dont do everything [Thompsons Mix had no business reducing charge time and Tuning Guide was well, it was Tuning Guide]
