  • I’m honestly desperate at this point. I’ve tried every recovery method I can think of and contacted support multiple times, but I’m getting nowhere no escalation, no real help, just the same responses over and over. It’s starting to feel hopeless.

    If anyone here has gone through something similar or knows a BHVR staff member, mod, or someone who actually checks these threads, I’d really appreciate any guidance. I’m stuck, I’m being ignored through tickets, and I don’t know what else to try anymore. Any help at all would mean a lot.

Make sure to prove that you did own the account, and maybe the email could be reset? Other than that, I don't think there's an another solution to resolve this.

    Although, you could try and see if you still got the backup codes for your Gmail account? Or see if you got an another verification method to get into it?

    I tried to contact them, but they take way too long to answer my emails and mostly don't read at all what i write there. I am really hoping they can atleast unlink the account from that email so i can use it in my new account, and yeah this whole situation is so unnecessary and stressful to me.

    And about the email i tried to login so many times, even used the recovery page google put there but it's all a loop where it asks me for a code that will be received on the phone number that i no longer have since 2022. So yeah the email is totally locked and i can't access it whatever i do.

    I was thinking about buying those cosmetics but ######### hell it ended.
