Because half of it was not worth replying to and the other half I already replied to in the form of other posters that posted before you.
But since you want a direct response, here you go:
The "Just patrol 3 gens and autowin" mechanic is disingenuous. If it worked that easily, people would just do it now with NO time limit. There is this repeat argument in this thread from multiple people that bad behaviors that are already being done with NO time limit (Forever Doc), would somehow be worse WITH a time limit. This is obviously false, because at the very least it takes the "Forever" out of the "Forever" build. Every other point brought up is pure conjecture.
"If it worked that easily, people would just do it now with NO time limit." People already do this! as for you saying that forever doc being "False", the only difference would be it being called FOREVER. Doc. He'd still be impossible to beat. THIS IS WOULD MAKE IT A LOT WORSE WITH A TIME LIMIT. I'm starting to believe you're either trolling or are so too blind to realize just how broken this would be!

I think DbD may be the only multiplayer pvp game I've played without match timers. The devs have stated for years now the average match should take about 8 minutes, so 20 is more than twice that. Also if it was my comment you referred to, please remember I also proposed the timer reset each time a gen is completed. So it's not even a match timer so much as an idle timer. If no objectives are being done for 20 minutes, the match really should be over.
I'm not entirely against a timer it's just that depending on the length of the timer, I feel like some people might feel a bit rushed and either might cause more 3 gens or feel too pressured to do anything else, like totems or healing. And just to let you know, it wasn't your comment. I do really like your idea for the timer though, as someone who swaps between playing survivor and killer I can see a few issues with it but overall seems pretty good and like a solid idea.

"Feel rushed to do a single task"
20 minutes is not rushed. At all.
so you're just gonna pick and chose what about my reply you're gonna comment on? so you don't actually have a full response to how it would completely mess up large portions of the game for a lot of people?

This already happens during the end game collapse once a door is opened. How is a time limit for the match itself any different?
alright. time for biography.
the endgame collapse happens after an exit gate is opened which means they have a chance to leave. if they don't leave before that timer goes off then that's their fault. if there was an overall timer then endgame collapse, and the panic created by it, happens 24/7. what if the killer is running spies, whispers, ruin, and some other tracking perk or gen regression perk while playing as Doctor or something? all they would have to do is patrol 2 or 3 gens and then they'd get an automatic 4k from you're idea of a timer. Endgame collapse is fair different because they failed to walk the 2 seconds it takes to leave through the gate. an overall timer wouldn't be fair because of other tasks like totems/hex totems, healing, GETTING CHASED/LOOPING THE KILLER.
I really don't understand in the slightest how you think a timer would help this game. low ranked players/new players need to learn how to play, not feel rushed to do a single task. I understand if you're just mad about immersed players but if you can't find a single immersed player then that's your own fault.

Personally its because he sticks out liker a sore thumb compared to other killers. With legion and ghost face they have darker color schemes n having masks adds to the horror factor because the unknown scares people. If the made him paler and darken his bright jacket he would look great.
Sorry but I just couldn't resist saying this.

All I'm gonna say about the nerf is; IF A SURVIVOR HAD TIME TO DO A GEN, WORK ON A TOTEM OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT, THEY AREN'T BEING TUNNELED.

In my opinion Firday The 13th has worse people. I faced a ton of people who were helping Jason which is what pushed me away from the game and onto DBD. Now as for the Penalization of Tunnelers and Campers. I can understand it if there was a valid reason to do it but otherwise it deserves to be penalized. I can't tell if your mad at survivors or mad at killers at this point but I can tell you, as a killer main, that we face a lot more toxic players than survivors. It's harder for us to keep a constant rank when we have survivors who are high ranks and being pushed into our lower ranked players.

Every toxic survivor ever: I'm not being toxic!
It's quite funny, the lengths they will go to in justifying things. What I find funny is they tend to do this to lower tier killers and such the most; because it's easier. Ones like wraith, trapper, clown, etc.... and then whine when everyone wants to play spirit instead suddenly.
My sister acts exactly how you stated. She's a survivor main who complains about how "Wraith is overpowered" along with Ghostface and Doctor yet she thinks that Spirit is a perfectly balanced killer when SHE plays as her. God forbid somebody else plays spirit, then she gets real mad. She will argue with you for hours about this stuff while she teabags a killer at the hatch/exit gate/ pallet/ you get my point.

Don't you know killer mains are entitled to their 4ks? Also, I'll have you know, pressing w and knowing when to m1 is very, very difficult.
Don't you know that survivor mains are entitled to survive the match? Also, I'll have you know, sitting down and doing skill checks for 3 minutes plus hiding in lockers and knowing when spine chill is active is very, very difficult.

I play about 40/60 (more survivor), so I get what it is like to be in both positions, so I try to be nice both ways. As a survivor I don't teabag or wait for the killer before I leave to rub it in. As a killer, I let the last person get hatch and will occasionally play what I call "meme games." in those games I basically farm and find ways to be goofy to make survivors have more fun. I also used to message good players to tell them that, even if they were my opponent, and I still do sometimes (but PS4 message app changed making that difficult).
I love the game, but I've experienced so many "toxic" and downright mean players on this game, so I try to have fun and be as friendly as I can. I mean, without each other, there wouldn't be much of a game. We might as well realize that we all have enjoying the game in common, and be kind as often as we can.
I understand that, I've gotten both harsh and nice messages from people since I play on ps4. most harsh I get now are just saying how bad I am at the game for not killing anyone.
