Cages are also underused because of their "nerf" because of 'camper criers'.
Hence with my proposed changes it still doesn't allow camping. Because right now the only use I see for it is when there aren't any hooks nearby or when I've downed 2 survivors and don't want to waste time putting them both on a hook. And that's only if one of the survivors happens to have Torment on them.

Something akin to that. Especially since Killer addons affect their playstyle more than survivor addons.
