As a non-Dc Player ima big Fan of the penatly system! It doesnt solve entirely the behaviour of players, but it helps.

No one should would you want to be on the top ranks. There's NO REWARD AT ALL, only the achievements.
No cosmetics for being up there, no BP % increase. Only tryhards with meta builds (BBQ, Nurse, PGTW, Enduring / Ruin / NOED), (DH / SB / BL, Adrenaline, BT, DS).
So no. Reaching rank 10?

Also, "balanced" in this game is considered as 2 survs surviving and 2 survs getting sacrificed. So, while you might find it frustrating that - apart from everything you wrote about keys - one surv could escape through the hatch, it's actually healthy to the balance of the game. Not taking into account keys of course. So, in this regard, having one last survivor escaping through the hatch while you've sacrificed or mori'ed the other 3 could be considered as perfectly fine maybe even unbalanced.
Black ward or secret offering = DC in loading screen.

Yes now they just 3 light the door and wait for a so called "Risky Play". Be honest right now EGC is useless the only people who die to it are those who can't find the hatch and usually the last alive after the Killer closes it and the doors just so happen to be within viewing distance. To many games last indefinitely because they can just 3 light a door and suffer no penalty.
WRONG. The EGC was implemented in order to force survivors to leave and denying them to take the game hostage. Not to give you free kills by doing nothing.
If they 99 the doors, and broke all the totems, and of course did the 5 gens... bruuuuh

Simple. Every hex totem should cause injured effect after explotion. So it's not a free cleansing. Or deep wound if you already are injured.
And secret offering (purple at least) to add some "penalty" to these HEX, like injured AND mangled, or injured AND exhaustion.

Saying on your second post that started to record in order to report. And trying to prove by any means (like the crybaby you're) that this is holding the game hostage, wich means report and ban (temp or perma).
So, you've been proven wrong in the entire post. Nobody agrees with you more than 1 or 2 baby killers like yourself. This is a 1 out of 10 situation, and you have LOTS of tracking perks.
I would suggest you to go play FIFA or any CoD, that are made for people like you. But no, please keep entertaining everybody.

So, bottom line, you suck. And try to hide it behind the fact that you THINK is reportable. The game allows you to be selfish. If I hide and not do any gens to get the hatch, it's my call, not killer's.
If survs want to play stealth, they can, even for an hour. As a killer, it's YOUR JOB to find them. There are more crows than ever on every map, you can run whispers, you can see scratch marks from far behind, even by wearing a decent pair of headphones you can hear grass movement and steps even when crouched. As a Surv, they have to survive. And you cannot tell them how..
So no. We understand just fine. You don't.
