As a PS4 player, I look forward to the day I encounter you and your beautiful Nurse. Console Nurses are too easy to beat and Nurse is a favourite of mine to go against, so hopefully we will meet in the fog soon! 😀

Me too I can't wait to play against a decent nurse. I have 500 hours on Xbox and have never faced a really skilled one, so hopefully that will change soon!

"They said they changed Ruin because it wasn’t fair on newer players who couldn’t hit skillchecks."

. If anything new players should be able to run around and do a totem, reeasons like "new players miss skill checks" only believed by the gullible.

I was new at this game when old ruin existed, and trust me, those skill checks were impossible. Finding totems back then was difficult too, considering I didn't even know what hex perks were

In no particular order, I use the following that you crossed out (among others, I don't have the patience to go through all the perks I use and see which ones you crossed out):

    • Dark Sense
    • Alert
    • Aftercare
    • Urban Evasion

And I'm trying to get more, like Poised and Inner Strength. They help me survive and escape, but they're catered to my playstyle.

You prefer a more aggressive playstyle, which is why you rate second-chance perks as "useful" and the rest as "useless". I prefer never being seen by the killer and/or knowing where the killer is at all times, along with my teammates.

I have success with my stealth builds, the same way you do with your second-chance builds. Different perks for different play styles. Why should every single survivor perk cater to your playstyle?

How is hiding the whole game fun? Interacting with the killer is by far the most exciting thing that can occur. I understand u are entitled to your own opinion, but I really suggest you pull your weight by distracting the killer instead of urban evading in the corner of the map. Trust me, you'll will enjoy dbd so much more

  • Self care, botany, resilience, and spine chill will give you vault speed and fast heals. It's one of my favs

  • I don't believe in making an "SS" tier. It just looks dumb and immature to me. Also personally I disagree with this list for the most part. Hag is too high and Freddy is too low. Your C and D tier are kinda wack too.

Currently rank 8. 80% of matches are rank 1-4. Haven't seen a non smurf account under 1k hours in about 30 matches. It's to the point that I'm about to quit the game. Just no fun seeing the same 6 perks every match and seeing the same tactic of loop the pallets, then run to one that's just barely in reach.

Really sorry to hear that. I'm just hoping that they make some changes to the whole system, but I kinda doubt that will make it any better. I really don't understand what makes it so hard for them to find people my rank. Anyways stick with it, this game is too fun to quit over matchmaking. Or you could switch to survivor. It seems to be better for them from what I've heard so far.

Most of my games are fairly... Well, fair.

But I also have been getting Killers who should not be facing me as a Survivor.

Do you play killer as well? If so which side seems to be worse for you. I play survivor in red ranks and its not too bad, but my matchmaking for killer is ridiculous

You have to bait him to chainsaw/m1, then save during the cooldown and then they body block with BT. You could still go down because LF swipes multiple times and BT blocks only one, then he could get the rescuer and even the rescued if they linger around.

Another possibility is doing the above AND having Deliverance AND DS AND Unbreakable AND DH/SB, they don't bodyblock this time, and maybe you get away with the trade and then unhooking yourself. Keyword: maybe.

However, the crucial point is that you need LF to mess up at some point in order to have a chance at a trade and mess even more for both of you to get away with it. High-risk/low-reward. Never worth it, imho.

    Fantastic game design too.

Yeah I agree the only real way is to get him to start the chainsaw animation and avoid getting hit, then rescue with BT. This is incredibly difficult to do btw.

  • Honestly imo doctor is one of the least fun killers to play against. I can't really articulate why, although part of it is that I face them so often. but anyways perhaps other people feel the same way.

No they are not. Moris can be countered in one way or another, even if it is extremely hard to counter, keys cannot be counted at all.

    How can moris be countered?

  • I 100% agree that she needs a rework. Her power really limits the options survivors have to counter her, and the fact that nobody cleanses makes her really boring to play as. Here is what I would do:

If being infected was much more punishing it would motivate survivors to cleanse instead of staying infected. Perhaps making all action 15% slower would fix this. To keep things balanced I would make corrupt purge last 30 or 35 seconds, so survivors are not punished as much. I think this would lead to more use out of her and I believe it would make the overall game much healthier.
