This has happened to myself and a friend consistently when going against legion.

I also have experienced this but with more information. Whenever a character destroys a totem it activates inner healing for all whom have it equipped. Whenever someone uses a locker to heal with inner healing, deactivates inner healing for everyone. My friend is running it as well as I and that is our experience. Its been bugged since PTB
I play on PC (steam)
Using a different character every time: Jill, Cheryl, Vittorio, Detective Tapp etc
Any map so far
Any combination of perks so far

@Firethorn That would be fine if the perk didn't specifically state first and foremost that the perk stuns the killer. If the challenge is working as intended then it should be more specific about what kind of stuns it wants.

No one DC'ed in my game but i still didn't pip.

I am also on PC and seeing the pip issue still, after patch.
also my rank on the left there has been consistently wrong.

Today I have died twice and lived once. Each one of those games I have received gold unbroken. However I should only get max silver unbroken on death I believe despite alive time. Pips are still being weird, I thought that had been fixed last patch? or am I mistaken?

I just experienced this, I got 2 pips from this last game I just played. The summary / points screen showed that I went back up to Rank 4. Unbroken was gold (I escaped via hatch) but once I left the game and loaded back to menu my rank was still 5 and I only received 1 pip.
I sadly didn't think about taking a screenshot of the final screen before leaving that match. :(
In every other game if I am sacrificed I have no unbroken emblem and pip +/- looks to act normal.

Every match I have played today, regardless of how well I do, when I die I get 0 in unbroken. Games have been long, so I don't know what's up with that.
