Nope, it's not the frame rate. Otherwise I wouldn't hit it as consistently as I do.
Just practice more
I have no problems hitting Decisive on either Xbox or PS4 consoles. I'm talking purely Switch. The skill checks are just too laggy.

Was it random or did the team actually select the participants? I'm a day 1 player with over 1000 hours, I don't know what else I've got to show in order to be selected.

This seems like a very niche scenario.
The problem that's *actually* going to arise is survivors not doing the objective anymore and just going for protection hits. It'll hurt the gameplay loop alot, especially for solo survivors.

Will you add an option in the cosmetic store to mix and mash different clothing items before buying? (to make cool combinations)

Luck does affect skill check chances, as a matter of fact, especially on generators.
The worst is when someone plays a salty lips jar and the Killer has Ruin.
Do luck offerings increase or decrease the amount of skill checks?

It'll start on: 00:00 UTC May 2nd
And it'll run to: 00:00 UTC May 6th
(It's basically 8pm EST Thursday to 8pm EST Monday.)
Why don't you just do 11AM EST Thursday (like you always do)? That's a very friendly time for all time zones... Now it starts at 2am on friday for us in Europe... We basically miss a day of the bloodhunt because of this timing.
