Some good ideas but overall it's a nothing burger, I'll stay on Deadlock.

This is fire (except the myers changes)!

The perks are interesting but weak unfortunately. However, it's better to have good design but weak perks than straight up poorly designed perks as all it takes to improve the former is increasing the numbers.
The haste/slowdown changes are gorrible though…

Please don't, all my homies despise chucky.

So 90 seconds with a perk, or 70 seconds with an addon? Perk on basically same level of an addon seems bad to me.
Addons used to give you infinite mangled and heamorage too back in the days, I don't get your point.

Agreed. The changes to STBFL, Sloppy butcher, and mangled and hemorrhage have screwed over m1 killers and hit and run playstyles
I disagree with you about SB, 90 s isn't short by any means so most of the time I don't even think it makes a difference.

Old Dead Hard wasn't overpowered, it was a lot of fun mindgaming back and forth how people were going to use it. I would rather go against a full team running old Dead Hard, than go against a team all running Sprint Burst, Lithe, and Balanced Landing. It's so utterly miserable having people zoom away at the start of every single chase.
I think it speaks to the state of how boring every other exhaustion perk is that I would rather continue bringing DH in its current barely functional state, than use any of them.
Yeah old Dead Hard wasn't op, it was just an undeniable second chance perk that didn't require a lot of skill and which could waste between 2 seconds and an entire chase depending on the survivor, also punished the killer for being good I guess? Yeah totally perfect balance, wasn't OP nor broken. Kappa
Also, I don't get what you mean by "mind gaming back and forth", most people, and by most people I mean players who have a brain cell would use DH in the most boring way possible (yet the most efficient one) which is get distance to get extend a chase after making a mistake.
If you would rather face 4 DH than any other exhaustion perk then you didn't play killer enough to understand the pain of facing the same ######### perks again and again used the same way.

Yeah yeah I know it was OP, and this is not a "bring back old DH" thread at all. But you could do some crazy DH plays, and it felt fun to do. Now all other exhaustion perks are pretty boring gameplay. Press a button you run fast, vault and run fast, get hit and run fast longer, land on your feet and be fast..fun? Not really.
So my point here is we need more perks that is fun to use as survivor, that stands out like DH did and creates some variation in gameplay, without being OP. I hope devs can be a little creative and give us somthing fun that could stay as it is.
"Guys I can't find any fun exhaustion perk, this game is trash, also, what is Head On?"

Lol gen slowdown perks heavily nerfed? Really? Combine pop with call of brine and overcharge, and generators regress at an outrageous speed. Only ruin got nerfed hard. But it's unnecessary with everything else killers have and can combine.
Yeah it only makes sense that you get decent slowdown when the entirety of your perk build is composed of gen slowdown perks...

moonwalk if u think a survior has it
You can't stalk if you don't stare at the survivor :/

It simply shouldn't work on Tier one Myers. All other killers have work arounds (i.e. not looking directly at the location they are headed). But Myers needs to stalk to change his entire relationship with survivors.
GhostFace? no need.
How as Ghostface am I suppose to stalk survivors if they have spine chill?

I like your ideas except for spine chill and spies for the shadow.
