Now, does that mean it's not working for the survivor that has it equipped if the hooked survivor is not using Kindred as well? And if so, what does it mean "does not properly appear"? Like is the aura not extending to it's meters length from the hook? Is it stuttering out? Is it not fully outlining the killer? Like what kind of vague issue are we dealing with?! I'm a killer main but planned on doing some archive challenges tonight when I get home and playing SoloQ, I ALWAYS use Kindred. Don't tell me I waited 2 weeks to have the cursor bug removed from PS5 only to have a new bug for Kindred aka one of the most valuable perks in the game for SoloQ.
i login here now just to see new complaints & bugs, patiently waiting for things to end.

Sprint burst is overrated. u go zoom for 3 seconds, congrats i guess. could easily be replaced with something that benefits the team or yourself even.

You can also easily go to DBDs discord server and grab some friends or even find a couple here in the forum to fix your problem. If people don't want to play let them quit, who cares.

Boons can easily be countered by the killer or even your own team in some cases. Especially if they have a totem challenge or they just want points. I think most complaints come from a SWF POV & devs can careless about Solo Q atm.

this game is coming off very one sided right now. Survivors can barely COUNTER anything. Games can literally turn into a free for all or a 1v1.
You want a healing build? Pentimento, Deathbound, Nurse's Calling,
You would think Kindred would help but Killers can still counter that.
Prove Thyself , Overzealous, Spine Chill + Resilience? Killers have Discordance, Call of Brine, Merciless Storm. Pentimento, Eruption, Dragon's Grip, Surveillance, Ruin, Overcharge, Pop Goes the Weasel, Oppression etc.
Items? Franklin demise, hoarder & Overwhelming Presence (don't forget about green keys)
If you don't have Distortion guess what you have to deal with... Lethal Pursuer, Dragon's Grip, Gearhead, Retribution, Hangman, BBQ & Chill, Lightborn, Rancor, All Ears, Awakened Awareness, and Darkness Revealed.
You want to use Breakout and try to have some fun within 6 meters? Guess what, Starstruck & Awakened Awareness.
You want a vault build perhaps with just Resilience LMAO? Crowd Control, Bamboozle, All Ears, Superior Anatomy.
You want to do BOONS?! Good luck in solo q. You can get countered by your own teammates & the killer with this one! I shouldn't even have to explain & won't.
The most important thing you can't counter (and not saying we should be able to even though we can get slowed) is the killer's speed, with Bloodlust, play with your food & devour of hope,
i could go on but i think you should get the point by now. there's clearly a reason why there's been a 100% BP boost for survivors this past month. You pick your favorite killer and just get to have a field day with the game. Killers enjoy! Devs, figure something out PLEASE!
edit: removed cursing 😀 & also it's more than just "bad players" it's just bad balancing.

The very next game, exact same thing, except it's a Tombstone Myers. He just sits in front of me, Stalking and nobody even comes close to grabbing me. They just sit and t-bag in front of him and let him 99 his power. The girl who hide the entire game in and out of lockers gets out through the Gate because it spawned poorly for the Myers.
It's just been awful today and my Killer queues are exceeding 10 minutes, can't imagine why.
i feel your pain luv. hopefully it will all be over soon. solo q buffs soon enough, have faith.
