• same issue on my end. finished a quest that gave me 85 rift shards and earned 1400xp. my rift shards only went up by 85 with no signs of the 10 or so unmarked shards I should've gotten from the xp.

• there is a hole that drops you into the middle hallway near where the upstairs gen tends to spawn. but honestly speaking if the survivor is always running towards an area without hooks and you don't have iron grip or agitation equipped just slug them and go after other people. (its on the survivor if they try to pull that sort of stunt and didn't bring unbreakable or no mither to revive from the dying state)

• Same issue happened on my end however I never got the epilogue node completion rewards. even when I finished a line of challenges from the prologue to the epilogue nodes.

• ran into this bug in a survivor match at shattered sqaure. box was picked up by killer and we all screamed but the hooks never showed up at all during the match. he's "technically" still usable as a powerless m1 killer. but he's likely going to need to be temporarily disabled till this bugs fixed is my guess.

  semi-newer player. between the attack on titan collab and wesker chapter was around when I started playing more regularly. normally against players I just try looking to the sides to avoid the flashlight. unless I end up deal with flashlight spamming survivors then my brain goes straight to "follow the sound and get a hit in before I lose them" mode. I also likely just assumed looking straight up or down would get me flashed regardless.
