10th Anniversary Cosmetics: Not Animated?
How in the world are the two exclusive limited-edition cosmetics not animated? If there was ever a badge and banner that deserved to be animated, it is this set. This is extremely disappointing, especially considering that the badge could shimmer gold and the banner could have Sable, The Huntress, and The Entity moving. Now, what I hope the devs do is animate and retroactively update the existing banner and badge in our inventory, and make them Ascended. Everyone is disappointed, and if not, near-universal disappointment. A few streamers today also expressed their disappointment.

Agree. Question, did you get a shipping notification when yours sent? Everyone seems to be getting theirs but i don't even have a notification mine has been sent
I haven't gotten anything and it's annoying. Not getting notification in advance of something being shipped is hugely problematic. I like to know when to expect things. They said we're going to get an email, but lots of people are reporting the package just showing up.

Hello everyone,
We're reaching out with an update on the Dead by Daylight 10th Anniversary Collector's Set.
Back in June, we shared that production had been completed and that the Collector's Sets were preparing to leave the factory. At that time, we also explained that shipping delays had pushed us beyond our original June delivery target, and we were aiming to have sets in your hands during August.
Today, we want to provide another update and apologize to those of you whose Collector's Set won't arrive in August as we had hoped.
The good news is that all Collector's Sets are now in transit, and we currently expect all orders to be delivered by the end of September. While many customers are still on track to receive their set in August or early September, some deliveries have been pushed later than expected due to recent shipping disruptions.
We know you've been waiting a long time for this, and we understand how frustrating it is to see the timeline move again after our last update.
What happened?
The good news is that production is complete.
The challenge has been getting the Collector's Sets across the ocean.
Over the past several weeks, multiple typhoons in the Asia-Pacific region impacted major shipping routes and delayed several vessels carrying inventory to our fulfillment warehouses in North America and Europe. While some shipments remained on schedule, others were forced to slow down or take alternative routes, creating knock-on delays throughout the shipping process.
The impact was smaller than originally feared, but unfortunately it was enough to push some customer deliveries beyond August.
What does this mean for your order?
A large number of orders will arrive during the first half of September, and the remaining orders are expected to arrive later in September. Some customers are still expected to receive their Collector's Set before the end of August.
As soon as your order leaves your regional warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey all the way to your doorstep.
TL:DR: At this time, we expect all Collector's Sets to be delivered by the end of September.

Yeah I've seen people saying they just randomly received it too. I'd prefer to be able to track it so I can see if something happens in transit, especially since the delay is apparently because of a typhoon lol
I got the same! The bit about being notified is what confused me lol
Spending £200 on a special collectors set alone should be worth the animation. Add ontop of that it has been delayed multiple months at this point, there's no excuse for it not to be animated.
The day mine arrived, I got an email saying that the package would be delayed. I then received an email saying that it was finally shipping… The day after I already got it.
I'm just glad that I saw the delivery guy as he was leaving. This was not something that I would want sitting on the porch for longer than necessary.
Where are you based? I haven't received anything yet. I'm UK so I assume it'll take a bit longer than US and some others

Ye show up anytime. A friend had his delivered yesterday, got zero notification and discovered it in the mailroom today. It could've been stolen. They really need to make shipment emails a priority. Not everyone lives in a house with cameras to watch for packages.
I've possibly received shipping notification. Got an email that something is being sent from TVP Fulfillment Center. I don't think I've bought anything from overseas lately so I'm thinking it might be the box set. If so, then it seems they're still shipping them out.

I received an update, they said sometime in October I can expect my shipment. I'm guessing nothing about animating these exclusive cosmetics? Still unbelievable that they thought static would be the way to go.
