My bloodweb has frozen! (help needed)

I’m currently in the process of levelling my TWD characters up to P100 and for some reason my Daryl / Rick bloodweb has frozen. I’ve crashed my app and reopened multiple times and it’s still the same. If I try clicking on the “spend bloodpoints” button to bulk spend then my entire game freezes and doesn’t unfreeze.
I have checked my Maggie / Michonne bloodweb and that’s completely fine. Allowing me to purchase items as normal. When I switch back to Rick, it’s still glitched. How am I supposed to fix this glitch?

Can you fully reboot the game please, and then see if the bloodweb loads?
(I know you said you did this previously, but i'm working on a timeframe of things in the backend, that's why I ask)
Hi there. I have just closed my game and re-opened and it’s still frozen. I can go into matches as Rick / Daryl, I just can’t progress their bloodweb anymore. It isn’t frozen on any other survivors and I’m not sure what caused it to glitch in the first place as I was just spending BP whilst I waited for my match to load. I’m on PS5 if that’s relevant.
Thanks for responding back, its been raised to the team internally who are investigating it. sorry but I don't have any eta on a fix as of right now.
Have you tried Un-installing and re-installing.
Im not sure if that would fix it but if you haven't tried it. It wouldn't hurt to at least try it.
When I had loading issues for DBD thats all I did to fix it.
Mandy has just confirmed in another thread that a fix for the bloodweb glitch should be coming out later today. I don’t think uninstalling and reinstalling would have helped as it’s affected quite a lot of players. I assume it’s something to do with the new patch as it only started happening yesterday when it went live. :)

No problem! I’m really glad a fix seems to be coming fast as I was worried I was going to miss out on getting anniversary offerings and items on Rick… lol
I have the same Bloodweb bug with 1 Surv after the patch. I hope the fix come out befor the Event ends. Reinstall fix it not. Im on PS5
We deployed a fix to this a few minutes ago, restarting your game now should fix it - please let me know!
