Cosmetic Design Contest not available for everyone?

I was waiting for the next contest witht eh inte tion to participate, and finally yesterday I saw the announcement and it basically only applies to like 5 countries? I'm from latin america, I'm 100% off the options?

    Unfortunately, if you are not living in one of the 6 listed regions you cannot enter the competition, we are governed by some pretty strict laws when we run things like this and cannot open it worldwide.

    I remember it was heavily restricted last year too.

    Pretty sure its money related, since the prize is auric cells

    you guys should open to other regions but make it clear what prize is available for each regions. If the actual prize is 25.000 auric cells, for other regions it could be 200.000 iri shards

    could I participate as a company? I have a company in UK, i could operate under it to submit drawings lol

    tbh, i dont care about the cells, I just want to have the chance of having my design turned into a skin
