Can we have a ingame block users list please ?

As we cannot neither know what anonymous players nor what other players with the 'Planet/globe' icon are blocked, so to have in blocked users list as 'Friends' and 'Offline' will be a nice feature.

As a reminder, I already have to remember the 1.300 blocked players on Steam, it is sad to do not have a little help to avoid all the others that we cannot memorize or identify in any manners.

  • You have 1,300 players blocked?

  • When everyone else smells like they pooped their pants, maybe I should take the time to check my own pants…

  • I play since a long time and yes I have 1.300 blocked players. On 60.000 it isn't so huge.
My pants smell like to other pants, just don't put your nose on it. But I'm convinced to be blocked by a relative amount of players. Because I sometimes fail in game, so I can understand some people avoid to play with me for the next. But I'm not rancorous yet even I can be angry in the moment…
    But enough spoke about me.

I still think a blocked list will be useful for players using it.

You know that blocking players does not remove the chance of them being in your game?

Since there is no REAL feature to prevent/disable cross play, I don't think BHVR will introduce a blacklist feature.

Another important argument is that this does not generate any income.
The same reason why after 7 years there is still no server-side validation.

I would also like a block list where you could block at least 100 players that you no longer want to play against.
Blocking anything more than that wouldn't be a good idea because it would be exploited as always.
f.e.: This player plays too well and ruins my streaks,.. and so on…

I guess he means on steam? Or does dbd even have a list of blocked players? I do however think the block feature should have some impact, like at least blocking what that person says in post game chat, perhas even reducing the likeliness of being matched with that person (only when blocking a survivor playing with them as survivor…)

I agree with a full communication block. But I disagree when it comes to any form of Matchmaking. The DBD-Community is not mature enough to handle this kind of power.

Well who are we to judge that? The game is 18+ and I don't think we have a right to judge the maturity of adults…

I don't think it is much of an issue of you block other survivor players tbh, I don't think you get the same ones too often anyway, so I don't really see much harm there.

Ive played since 2018 and have blocked 2 people both of whom were just hackers if you're blocking 1 300 people I think you might be related to LTG

You encountered only 2 hackers? You could add two 0 to that number and I might be accurate, and I started like a year after you...

related to 'LTG' ? What do you mean ?

I'm blocking players to avoid to be trashed. But if I see them in the lobby, I naturally dodge the lobby.

Uhhh I can judge it. There's no reason to block 1,300 people unless you're constantly tilted at everything everyone does. That's absurd.

I didnt only encounter 2 hackers I just never bothered to block anyone after that point

You said the community is not mature enough, not that one person... How would you just the maturity of that many people?

Well fully depends on how many games someone plays and if you already block people for being bad at the game or only reportable stuff or cheats...

I mean it does not do much anyway... Currently the feature is pretty useless and I don't even think it gets communicated properly what it does.
