Lol, except the sticker BVHR, nothing feels legit for me. Why BVHR would you to test their game ? We already have the PTB to test DbD, & more recently the DbD Consultant Program stuff. A 'Playtest squad' misfits totally from me because the 2vs8 game mode isn't released yet.
So this title is really suspicious.
From your email, probably you can display the 'original message' with all the source code to compare with a genuine BHVR email (if you already have received authentic message from BVHR previously).
Anyways, if they REALLY need you to test their 'playtest squad', they probably message you again :p
Tldr: This is an archived version of the DBD forum, it has all posts, comments and media. The archived data will be published at the end of October. This site is not in any way affiliated with or endorsed by Behaviour Interactive.

I’m sorry but why is this so funny 😂 I don’t know if it’s legit or not hopefully a mod confirms

Thanks for popping in to ask; I can confirm that this e-mail is legitimate and from BHVR!
Aha ok, I can remove my previous comment.
You can read more about the program here: https://www.bhvr.com/playtest/
