is freddy being reworked again?
i sincerely apologize if this causes me to get a warning because i’m naming a player, and i don’t know if that’s against the rules. but it’s not in a hateful way, i swear. i’m just very curious as MintSkull stated in his recent killer ranking tier list that the devs of dbd said that freddy is horrifically boring, but the devs are reworking him again. i don’t ever remember the devs saying that, so i just wanna be confirm this.

Keep in mind, Michael specifically used the word 'update' rather than rework, so I don't think this confirms he's getting an entire power rework again. An update is typically changes to their basekit/add-ons rather than a complete power rework.
Regardless - they've confirmed he is on their radar for changes.

I can only hope they make him more fun to play as and against. Currently, he is in a very sad spot and I feel sorry for him.
If we dont get a rework, I suggest the best would be to give him Snares and Pallets together, reverting the Speed when holding a Snare back from 4,0 to.4,6 and revisit almost every addon besides Paint Brush, Masterpiece/Sketch and maybe Black Box.
i 100% agree, he needs a FULL addon pass or addon rework as they all literally suck and barely give him any benefits. the only good ones are as you said paint brush and masterpiece/sketch, but black box needs a rework or buff because its VERY niche for a iri addon.
Also keep in mind they just said he was "on the radar" and not that anything is necessarily going to happen soon or that they even have anything planned for him right now.
Twins have been "on the radar" since 2021, so I wouldn't expect anything soon.

i got a 3k just yesterday on dead dog with a non meta build a purposely avoiding tunneling like i usually do
and? I win most of my matches with him, because I played him for hundreds of hours (P100 since 6 months).I do not say he is weak (compared to other killers he is btw.), but you can win with every killer in various matches because a lot of survivors are just bad, sorry.
Thats why Im telling you: He needs changes. I can go deeply into the analytics if you wish, but that would be a very long post.
