Hooked on You - Claim Dead by Daylight cosmetics - Problem
has anyone successfully claimed the Hooked on You cosmetics in the last few days? I'm just getting an error message: "An unexpected error occured. Please try later or contact the customer support."
I have contacted the support but maybe someone of you guys know whats the problem.

@Dirt I'm sorry to hear that you are affected too. But at least it's not an isolated problem and more people seem to be affected.
Make sure you contact the support on https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us/requests/new to get a ticked ID.

you dont have to play it but just own the game and link account
it works for me as well
If I owned it I’d definitely play it lol but I wanna romance survivors too!
