Getting the Pigs traps off.
Just a thought today, just wondering as there is so many Saw movies, but could somehow, there be a different way of getting the hats off? I say a hat I know lol, but there was so many devices and so many ways people tried to get to keys, get to things, could it jazz up somehow the way to get traps off? Maybe even team work in a way, like buddy up to get the trap off, just a thought and welcome to suggestions. Or be like no Mushwin, no, go home lol.

I would like different mechanics for getting the trap off. We know they're willing to introduce different interaction machanics with skull merchant, maybe make it so every box has a different mechanism.
Yes, can also be like Freddy in a sense, one can pick pallet or puddle Freddy, maybe we pick two different for the pig. I so like the idea of buddying up to do something though lol

SM's drones are not inta-killing you but Pig's traps are doing. They supposed to be simple and one mechanic only.
but, but this is another way to remove the hat and it can be done with teamwork, too.
Tbh, I want something else than skill check to remove the traps. skillchecks should belong to gens and wiggling.
But the teamwork thing would be abused in soloq.
Hm not unless you are depending on your other team mate with a hat? swf or solo, would really bring in more team work I think, but also challenge the Pig I guess as well.
I like the idea that another teammate can remove the hat for you. But this would make the boxes obsolet?
No I mean, there is a new device, where need the other half to help you, not removing the hat, but with some saw movies, the other person needed to help to save both, sort of something like that -s-
So, something like corrective action to help your teammates somehow?
We just need another saw chapter. Theres so much saw potential.
Saw chapter 2 wheres gens are locked and you have to do traps all around the map to unlock gens would be amazing. A week m1 killer but with harder traps/objectives
But pig system is great, we just need another saw killer
Pig is the most fun killer to face, she had another objectives and its pretty fun. She does not need a rework, just a buff ( n2 set rule should be basekit )
This can't work and mechanic like that never should exist in DbD.
First, how solo survivors will coordinate. They have hard time even against Pinhead, the box hurts so much. System like that probably will destroy most of solo teams.
And second, some people can troll you. They will just not help you to remove trap and they will leave you to die.
I more meant removing them. I didnt mean "Give pig 4 different traps to use" I meant "have 4 different interactions with the boxes"
For example, we could keep the current skillcheck one, then another box has a Skull Merchant style interaction, then maybe another has a Merciless Storm style interaction, and another has, idk, a maze you need to solve. Completing them will count towards removing the hat.
